Claims (2)
- 서로 다른 변속단으로 결합되는 제1마찰 요소(44), 제2마찰 요소(54), 제3마찰 요소(28)와, 전진변속단의 달성시에 항상 결합되는 제4마찰 요소(30)와, 오일 펌프(86)에 연결된 주 유로(88, 316)와, 이 주유로를 거쳐서 각각 상기 오일 펌프에 연통된 제1솔레노이드 밸브(400A), 제2솔레노이드 밸브(400B), 제4솔레노이드 밸브(400D)와, 상기 제1마찰 요소(44)와 상기 제1솔레노이드 밸브(400A)를 연통하는 제1유로(410, 638)와, 상기 제2마찰 요소(54)와 상기 제2솔레노이드 밸브(400B)를 연통하는 제2유로(416, 640)와, 상기 제3마찰 요소(28)와 상기 제4솔레노이드 밸브(400D)를 연통하는 제3유로(424)를 갖으며, 최소한 3개의 변속단을 달성 가능한 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 제1유로, 제2유로, 제3유로중 어느 하나의 유로에 설치되어 이 유로에 연결되어 있는 마찰 요소로 유압을 공급하는 공급위치와 이 마찰 요소로부터 유압을 배출하는 배출위치를 갖는 제1비상 안전 밸브(600)와, 상기 제2유로, 제3유로, 또는 상기 펌프(86)와 상기 제3마찰 요소(30)를 연통하는 제4유로(422)중 어느 하나의 유로에 또한 상기 제1비상 안전 벨브가 설치되어 있지 않은 유로에 설치되고 이 유로에 연결되어 있는 마찰 요소로 유압을 공급하는 공급 위치와 이 마찰 요소로부터 유압을 배출하는 배출 위치를 갖는 제2비상 안전 밸브(700)를 포함하며, 상기 제1비상 안전 밸브(600)는 상기 공급 위치와 배출 위치를 절환하는 제1스풀(636)과 이 제1스풀을 상기 공급 위치측으로 가압하는 제1가압 수단(606)으로 형성되며, 상기 제1스풀(636)에는 상기 제1비상 안전 밸브(600)가 설치되어 있는 유로에 연결된 마찰 요소로 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀(636)을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제1압력수용면(614, 618)과, 상기 제2유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀을 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제2압력수용면(626, 630)과, 상기 제3유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제3압력수용면(632)이 형성되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 제2비상 안전 밸브(700)는 상기 공급 위치와 배출 위치를 절환하는 제2스풀(732)과, 이 제2스풀을 상기 공급 위치측으로 가압하는 제2가압 수단(704, 708)으로 형성되며, 상기 제2스풀(732)에는 상기 제2비상 안전 밸브(700)가 설치되어 있는 유로에 연결된 마찰 요소로 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제4압력수용면(710, 714)과, 상기 제3유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제5압력수용면(728)과, 상기 제4유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제6압력수용면(722, 726)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1마찰 요소(44), 제2마찰 요소(54), 제3마찰 요소(28), 제4마찰 요소(30)와, 오일 펌프(86)에 연결된 주 유로(88, 316)와, 이 주 유로를 거쳐서 각각 상기 오일 펌프에 연통된 제1솔레노이드 밸브(400A), 제2솔레노이드 밸브(400B), 제4솔레노이드 밸브(400D), 제3솔레노이드 밸브(400C)와, 상기 제1마찰 요소(44)와 상기 제1솔레노이드 밸브(400A)를 연통하는 제1유로(410, 638)와, 상기 제 2마찰 요소(54)와 상기 제2솔레노이드 밸브(400B)를 연통하는 제2유로(416, 640)와, 상기 제3마찰 요소(28)와 상기 제4솔레노이드 밸브(400D)를 연통하는 제3유로(424)와, 상기 제4마찰 요소(30)와 상기 제3솔레노이드 밸브(400C)를 연통하는 제4유로(422)를 포함하며, 상기 제1마찰 요소와 상기 제4마찰 요소를 동시에 결합시키므로서 제1속의 변속단이 달성되고, 상기 제2마찰 요소와 상기 제4마찰 요소를 동시에 결합시키므로서 제2속의 변속단이 달성되고, 상기 제3마찰 요소와 상기 제4마찰 요소를 동시에 결합시키므로서 제3속의 변속단이 달성되고, 상기 제2마찰 요소와 상기 제3마찰 요소를 동시에 결합시키므로서 제4속의 변속단이 달성되도록 구성한 차량용 자동변속기의 유압제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1유로, 제2유로, 제3유로중 어느 하나의 유로에 설치되어 이 유로에 연결되어 있는 마찰 요소로 유압을 공급하는 공급 위치와 이 마찰 요소로부터 유압을 배출하는 배출 위치를 갖는 제1비상 안전 밸브(600)와, 상기 제2유로, 제3유로, 제4유로(422)중 어느 하나의 유로에 또한 상기 제1비상 안전 밸브가 설치되어 있지 않은 유로중에 설치되고 이 유로에 연결되어 있는 마찰 요소로 유압을 공급하는 공급 위치와 이 마찰 요소로부터 유압을 배출하는 배출 위치를 갖는 제 2 비상 안전 밸브(700)를 포함하며, 상기 제1비상 안전 밸브(600)는 상기 공급위치와 배출 위치를 절환하는 제1스풀(636)과 이 제1스풀을 상기 공급 위치측으로 가압하는 제1가압 수단(606)으로 형성되며, 상기 제1스풀(636)에는 상기 제1비상 안전 밸브가 설치되어 있는 유로에 연결된 마찰 요소로 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제1압력수용면(614, 618)과, 상기 제2유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제2압력수용면(626, 630)과, 상기 제3유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제1스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제3압력수용면(632)이 형성되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 제2비상 안전밸브(700)는 상기 공급 위치와 배출 위치를 절환하는 제2스풀(732)과, 이 제2스풀을 상기 공급 위치측으로 가압하는 제2가압 수단(704, 708)으로 형성되며, 상기 제2스풀(732)에는 상기 제2비상 안전 밸브가 설치되어 있는 유로에 연결된 마찰 요소로 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제4압력수용면(710, 714)과, 상기 제3유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제5압력수용면(728)과, 상기 제4유로로부터 공급되는 유압을 받아서 이 제2스풀을 상기 유압 배출 위치 방향으로 가압하는 제6압력수용면(722, 726)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어 장치.
