Claims (23)
- 발열소자를 포함하는 메인회로부와, 이 메인회로부로부터 사이가 떨어져서 배치되는 논리회로부와, 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 격납하는 상자체를 구비한 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간이 서로 독립된 공간으로 되도록 상기 상자체내를 구획하는 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 공간의 어느 공간으로부터도 독립되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 하단에 공기흡입구, 상단에 공기배기구를 각각 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로내에 외부의 공기가 유입할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공기흡입구는 상기 냉매통로의 아래쪽의 양측면에 배설되고, 상기 공기배기구는 상기 냉매통로의 위쪽 끝면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터창치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부측에 방열핀을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방열핀은 상기 냉매통로내의 기류를 상기 메인회로부로 향하게 하는 가이드를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 논리회로부측에 상기 방열핀의 열을 차폐하는 간막이핀을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 내부를 냉각액이 유통하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 발열소자를 포함하는 메인회로부와, 이 메인회로부로부터 사이가 떨어져서 배치되는 논리회로부와, 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 격납하는 상자체를 구비한 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 상자체내에 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 공간과 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 공간을 서로 독립되게 형성하고, 이들 공간의 사이에 상기 공간의 어느 공간으로부터도 독립되어 형성된 냉매통로를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 서로 열적으로 절연하도록 그들 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부측에 방열핀을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 방열핀은 상기 냉매통로내의 기류를 상기 메인회로부로 향하게 하는 가이드를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 논리회로부측에 상기 방열핀의 열을 차폐하는 간막이판을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 내부를 냉각액이 유통하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상자체의 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 부분의 상기 냉매통로와 반대측의 외표면에 따라 형성된 제2의 냉매통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 발열소자를 포함하는 메인회로부와, 이 메인회로부로부터 사이가 떨어져서 배치되는 논리회로부와, 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 격납하는 상자체를 구비한 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간이 서로 독립적된 공간으로 되도록 상기 상자체내를 구획하는 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 공간의 어느 공간으로부터도 독립되어 형성되는 동시에, 상기 상자체의 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 부분의 상기 냉매통로와 반대측의 외표면에 따라 형성된 제2의 냉매통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 하단에 공기흡입구, 상단에 공기배기구를 각각 구비하고, 상기 제2의 냉매통로내에 외부의 공기가 유입할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 공기흡입구는 상기 냉매통로의 아래쪽의 양측면에 형성되고, 상기 공기배기구는 상기 냉매통로의 위쪽 끝면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 기류의 일부를 분기하여 상기 제2의 냉매통로내에 흐르게 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 냉매통로를 상기 냉매통로에 연통시키는 연통로를 구비하고, 이 연통로는 상기 제2의 냉매통로중의 공기를 상기 냉매통로에 유인하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로의 논리회로부측에 배치된 자기차폐부재를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로의 자기차폐부재와 반대측에는 상기 발열소자로부터의 열을 차폐하는 열차폐부재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 인버터장치.
- 발열소자와 평활콘덴서를 포함하는 메인회로부와, 이 메인회로부로부터 사이가 떨어져서 배치되는 논리회로부와, 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 격납하는 상자체를 구비한 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간이 서로 독립된 공간으로 되도록 상기 상자체내를 구획하는 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 공간의 어느 공간으로부터도 독립되어 형성되는 동시에, 상기 상자체의 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 부분의 상기 냉매회로와 반대측의 외표면에 따라 형성된 제2의 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 평활콘덴서의 일부를 상기 제2의 냉매통로중에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 냉매통로는 냉각핀을 가지며, 이 냉각핀은 상기 평활콘덴서에 상기 냉매를 도입하도록 형성된 절곡부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
- 발열소자를 포함하는 메인회로부와, 이 메인회로부로부터 사이가 떨어져서 배치되는 논리회로부와, 상기 메인회로부와 상기 논리회로부를 격납하는 상자체를 구비한 인버터장치에 있어서, 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 상기 상자체내의 공간이 서로 독립된 공간으로 되도록 상기 상자체내를 구획하는 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로는 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 공간 및 상기 논리회로부가 격납되는 공간의 어느 공간으로부터도 독립되어 형성되는 동시에, 상기 상자체의 상기 메인회로부가 격납되는 부분의 상기 냉매통로와 반대측의 외표면에 따라 형성된 제2의 냉매통로를 구비하고, 상기 냉매통로는 아래쪽의 양측면에 공기흡입구, 위쪽의 끝면에 공기배기구를 각각 구비하여 외부의 공기가 유입할 수 있도록 구성되는 동시에, 그 논리회로부측에는 자기차폐부재가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터장치.
