Claims (12)
- 로듐 촉매를 함유하는 액체 반응매체내에서 저급 카르복실산보다 탄소수 하나가 적은 알콜을 일산화탄소와 반응시킴으로써 저급 카르복실산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응이 진행되는 동안 약 0.1-20중량%의 물과 함께 (a) 촉매 안정화제(반응온도에서 반응매체내에 유효 농도로 용해되는 요오드화물 염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨) 약 2-20중량% 범위, (b) 상기 알콜에 상응되는 저급 탄화수소의 요오드화물 유도체 약 5-20중량% 및 (c) 상기 알콜과 카르복실 산과의 에스테르 약 0.5-30중량%를 상기 반응매체내에 유지시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 카르복실산의 개선된 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드화물염이 Ia족 및 IIa족에서 선택된 금속의 요오드화물염 또는 4차요오드화물염인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요오드화물염 요오드화 리튬 또는 요오드화나트륨인 방법.
- 로듐 촉매를 함유하고 물, 초산, 요오드화메틸 및 초산메틸로 구성되는 액체 반응매체내에서 메탄올을 일산화탄소와 반응시킨후 뒤이어 산출된 반응 생성물로부터 초산을 회수함으로써 초산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응이 진행되는 동안 0.1-20중량%의 물과 함께 (a) 약 2-20중량% 범위의 촉매 안정화제(반응온도에서 반응매체 내에 유효농도로 용해되는 요오드화물염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨), (b) 약 5-20중량%의 요오드화메틸 및 (c) 약 0.5-30중량%의 초산메틸을 상기 반응매체내에 유지시킴에 의하여 촉매안정성 및 계 생산성을 유지시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 초산의 개선의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 요오드화물염이 4차 요오드화물염이거나 혹은 주기율표의 Ia족 및 IIa족 금속으로 구성된 군중의 금속의 요오드화물염인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 요오드화물염이 요오드화알칼리 금속인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 요오드화물염이 요오드화리튬인 방법.
