Claims (2)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 2-메틸피리딘 유도체로부터 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 2-히드록시메틸피리딘 유도체를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 2-메틸피리딘 유도체로부터 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 N-옥사이드유도체를 제조하고 이를 니트로화하여 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 (니트로피리딘유도체를 제조한후, 이를 무수초산에서 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의)2-아세톡시메틸피리딘 N-옥사이드 유도체를 제조한다음, 이를 메탄올용액중에서 메톡시화 및 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피리딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R은 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기일반식(Ⅲ)의 N-옥사이드 유도체를 니트로화시킨 후에는 그 추출, 정제과정으로 알콜용액을 사용하여 부산물을 제거하고 추출함으로써, 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 4-니트로피리딘 유도체를 제조한후, 상기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 2-아세톡시메틸피리딘 N-옥사이드 유도체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
