Claims (16)
- 에틸렌을 30℃ 내지 115℃의 온도 및 7000KPa 이하의 압력하에 유동층 반응기 내에서 하기 일반식의 성분(a)의 티탄 테트라알콕사이드, (b)마그네슘-티탄계 조성물 및 (c)트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물[여기서, 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물은 불활성 담체 물질로 희석시키고, 티탄 테트라 알콕사이드 및 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물은 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물 중의 티탄에 대한 티탄 테트라알콕사이드중의 티탄의 원자비가 0.01 : 1 내지 50:1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하며, 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물은 총 알루미늄 : 티탄의 원자비가 5 : 1 내지 500 : 1이 되게 하는 양으로 사용한다]를 포함하는 촉매적 유효량의 촉매 시스템과 연속적으로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 유동층 내에서 에틸렌을 이량체화시켜 부텐-1을 제조하고, 이와 동시에 에틸렌을 이량체화 생성물과 공중합시키는 연속 방법.상기식에서, R은 각각 C1내지 C12의 지방족 불포화가 없는 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R'는 C1내지 C14지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 COR"(여기서, R"는 C1내지 C14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼이다)이며, X는 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, ED는 지방족 방향족 카복실산의 알킬 에스테르, 지방족 에테르, 사이클릭 에테르 및 지방족 케톤으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 유기 전자공여체 화합물이며, m은 0.5 내지 56이고, n은 0.1 또는 2이며, p는 2 내지 116이고, q는 2 내지 85이며, R"'은 C1내지 C14의 포화 탄화수소 라디칼이다.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 불활성 담체 물질과 기계적으로 혼합하고, 혼합물이 3 내지 50중량%의 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 담체 물질을 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물로 함침시키고, 함침된 담체가 3 내지 50중량%의 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 불활성 담체 물질을 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물과 티탄 테트라알콕사이드로 함침시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 담체 물질이 실리카인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R이 C1내지 C6의 지방족 라디칼이고, X는 염소이고, [ED]가 테트라하이드로푸란이며, m이 1.5 내지 5이고, n이 0이며, p가 6 내지 14이고, q가 3 내지 10인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 티탄 테트라알콕사이드가 티탄 테트라이소부톡사이드이고 ; 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물이 마그네슘 디클로라이드, 티탄 트리클로라이드 및 테트라하이드로푸란으로 이루어지며 ; 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물이 트리이소부틸알루미늄인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 부텐-1의 분획을 외부 공급원으로부터 반응기에 가하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 75 내지 115℃의 온도를 사용하고, 티탄 테트라알콕사이드와 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물중의 티탄에 대한 티탄 테트라알콕사이드중의 티탄의 원자비가 2 : 1 내지 20 : 1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하며, 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 총 알루미늄 : 티탄 원자비가 5 : 1 내지 150 : 1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 공급되는 에틸렌을 불활성 개스로 희석시키고, 에틸렌 분압이 56KPa 내지 1900KPa이며, 수소를 수소 : 에틸렌 몰비가 0.01 : 1 내지 5 : 1이 되도록하기에 충분한 양으로 반응 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 중합반응기 내에 도입하기 전에, 하기 일반식의 유기 알루미늄 활성체 화합물을 활성체 화합물 : 전자 공여체의 몰비가 1.4 : 1을 초과하지 않도록 하는 양으로 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물에 사용함으로써 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 부분적으로 활성화시키는 방법.Al(R"')dX'eHf상기식에서 ; X'는 염소 또는 OR""(여기서, R""는 C1내지 C14의 포화 탄화수소 라디칼이다)이고, R"'는 C1내지 C14의 포화 탄화수소 라디칼이며, e는 0 내지 1.5이고, f는 0 또는 1이며, d+e+f는 3이다.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 부분적으로 활성화시키기 위해서 사용하는 유기 알루미늄 활성체 화합물을 활성체 화합물 : 전자공여체의 몰비가 0.1 : 1 내지 1.0 : 1인 마그네슘-티탄계 조성물을 제공하는 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 에틸렌을 30 내지 115℃의 온도 및 7000KPa 이하의 압력하에 유동층 반응기 내에서 하기 일반식의 성분(a) 티탄 테트라알콕사이드와 (C)트리 알킬알루미늄 화합물[여기서, 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물은 총 알루미늄 : 티탄 원자비가 4 : 1 내지 500 : 1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용한다]을 포함하는 촉매적 유효량의 촉매 시스템과 연속적으로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 유동층 내에서 에틸렌을 이량체화시켜 부텐-1을 제조하는 연속방법.상기식에서, R은 C1내지 C12의 지방족 불포화가 없는 탄화수소 라디칼이고. - 제 13 항에 있어서, R이 C1내지 C6의 지방족 라디칼인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 티탄 테트라알콕사이드가 티탄 테트라이소부톡사이드이고, 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물이 트리이소부틸알루미늄인 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 75 내지 l15℃의 온도를 사용하고, 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물을 총 알루미늄 : 티탄 원자비가 5 : 1 내지 150 : 1이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하는 방법.
