Claims (9)
- 개구, 즉 협소한 단부에 부착된 비교적 좁은 넥을 갖는 유리 펀넬에 유리 면판 패널을 가열-밀봉하는 단계와, 동시에 상기 패널과 상기 패널의 내측면상의 코팅으로부터 많은 양의 유리 물질을 구워내는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 가열-밀봉 및 구워내는 단계는 실질상 유동이 없는 대기내에서 고온으로 수행되고, 가열 주기와 냉각 주기를 포함하는 음극선관 제조방법에 있어서, 적어도 상기 가열 주기 동안 상기 펀넬(31, 61)의 넥(35, 67)으로 산소 함유 기체를 간헐적으로 분사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 간헐적인 분사는 150℃ 내지 450℃범위내에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 매 5분 간격으로 적어도 20초 동안은 유출되고 적어도 20초 동안은 유출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 매 1분 간격으로 유출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분사는 매 1분 간격마다 약 20초 동안 유출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 함유 기체는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산호 함유 기체는 -40℃이하의 이슬점을 갖는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 넥(35, 67)의 종축(37)은 상기 분사의 유출 방향에 대하여 예각(43, 69)인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 종축(37)은 상기 분사의 유출 방향에 대하여 약 15°의 각도(43, 69)에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
