Claims (4)
- 연료봉은 축방향의 펠릿 더미를 가지고 있으며, 상기 펠릿 더미는 분열성 연료의 제1농축 연료 펠릿을 포함한 중심 지역을 가지는 원자로의 연료 어셈블리용 연료봉에 있어서, 상기 중심지역 근처에, 축방향의 단위길이당 연료의 질량으로 표시되고, 중심지역의 연료 펠릿의 밀도보다 더 낮은 전체 연료 밀도를 가지고 있는 저밀도 펠릿의 지역이 제공되고, 적어도 상기 봉의 한 축방향 단부에 모체 핵연료족을 포함하고 제1농축보다 더 낮은 제2농축의 블랭킷 펠릿 지역이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1농축의 연료 펠릿은 또한 가돌리늄, 보론, B4C 및 ZrB2를 포함한 그룹으로부터 선택된 가연성 독물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 봉.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 연료 펠릿은 선형 밀도를 감소하기 위해 존재하는 축방향의 중심구멍을 갖는 환상 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료 봉.
