Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 :
    상기식에서, X1및 X2는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐 또는 할로알킬이고, R1은 수소, 알킬 또는 알킬옥시알킬이며, R2는 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고, R3는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X1및 X2는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐 또는 C1내지 C4-할로알킬이고, R1은 수소, C1내지 C6-알킬 또는 C3내지 C6-시클로알킬 또는 (C1내지 C6-알킬옥시)-C1내지 C6-알킬이며, R2는 C1내지 C6-알킬 또는 C3내지 C6-시클로알킬 또는 C1내지 C6- 할로알킬이고, R3는 수소, C1내지 C6-알킬, C3내지 C6-시클로알킬, C2내지 C6-알케닐 또는 C2내지 C6-알키닐인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X1및 X2는 서로 독립적으로 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, R1은 C1내지 C4-알킬 또는 (C1내지 C4-알킬옥시)-C1내지 C4-알킬이며, R2는 치환되지 않거나 또는 할로겐에 의해 일치환되거나 또는 다치환된 C1내지 C4-알킬이고, R3는 수소, C1내지 C4-알킬, C2내지 C4-알케닐 또는 C2내지 C4-알키닐인 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 엔올에테르와 반응시킴을 포함하는 제1항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법 :
    상기식에서, Y는 염소 또는 브롬이고, X1, X2, R1, R2및 R3는 상술한 의미를 갖는다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물 및 불활성 담체 또는 기타 통상의 제형 보조제를 함유하는 식물 보호제.
  6. 완화제로서의 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물 적어도 하나와 제초제를 함유하는 제초제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 불활성 담체 또는 기타 통상의 제형 보조제를 추가로 함유하는 제초제.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 카바메이트, 티오카바메이트, 할로아세트아닐리드, 치환된 페녹시-, 나프톡시- 및 페녹시페녹시카복실산 유도체, 헤테로아릴옥시페녹시카복실산 유도체 및 디메돈-유도 물질로 이루어진 그룹으로부터의 제초제를 함유하는 제초제.
  9. 식물, 식물종자 또는 경작지에 제1,2항 또는 제3항의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 식물 보호제 처리 전, 후에 또는 그와 동시에 처리함을 포함하는 제초제의 식물독성 부작용에 대한 농작물 보호방법.
  10. 식물 보호제의 식물독성 부작용에 대한 완화제로서의 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 화합물의 용도.
  11. 상응하는 구조를 갖는 식물-보호 피라졸 제조용 중간체로서의 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 용도.
  12. 유기용매의 존재 또는 부재하에, 무기 또는 유기산의 존재 또는 부재하에, 0 내지 200℃의 온도에서 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 처리하여 일반식 HOR2(여기에서 R2는 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같다)화합물을 제거함을 포함하는 하기 일반식의 식물-보호 피라졸의 제조방법 :
    상기식에서, X1, X2, R1및 R3는 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같다.
