Claims (11)
- 차량에 탑재된 n개의 전자제어장치로부터 출력되는 자기진단 출력신호 혹은 각종 RAM데이터가 전송되는 각 전자제어장치마다에 인출된 제1 내지 제n신호선과 항상 어느한쪽의 논리레벨이 출력되는 각 전자제어장치에서 출력되는 절환신호선이 접속되는 제1형 집중접속기를 보유하는 차량에 있어서, 상기 제1형 집중접속기에 접속가능한 제2형 집중접속기와, 상기 절환신호선의 논리레벨을 다른쪽 논리레벨로 설정하는 설정회로와, 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하는 신호를 선택하는 선택회로와, 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선중 어느 신호선을 통하는 신호의 직렬/병렬변환을 행하는 직렬/병렬변환 회로와, 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하는 신호의 송수신을 행하는 송수신회로로 구성되고, 상기 제2형 집중접속기를 상기 제1형 집중 접속기에 접속한 후에 상기 자기진단 출력신호의 판독기능, 상기 각 전자제어장치의 RAM데이터의 판독 및 그 물리량으로 변환기능, 상기 전자제어장치측에 설치된 각 액츄에이터를 강제구동시키 기능을 가진 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 제2형 집중접속기를 상기 제1형 집중접속기에 접속한 후에 선택된 전자제어장치로부터 출력되는 펄스신호의 레벨상태 변화시에 음향장치를 작동시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 제1형 집중접속기와 제2형 집중접속기가 접속된 상기 절환선의 논리레벨을 각 전자제어장치에 전송하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하여 신호의 특정비트가 특정레벨의 경우에는 각 전자제어장치측이 자체 액츄에이터를 구동하고, 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하는 신호의 특정비트가 특정레벨이외의 경우에는 각 전자제어장치의 메모리정보나 각종 데이터를 송수하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 선택회로에 의하여 선택된 전자제어장치에 적합한 전송속도를 선택하고 전자제어장치와 데이터의 송수를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 전자제어장치의 형식, 차종을 지정하는 신호를 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하여 출력하고 선택된 전자제어장치는 자기의 형식, 차종을 지정하는 신호와 일치여부를 판정하여 일치하고 있지 않는 경우에는 테스터에 오류신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 전자제어장치의 자기진단 출력신호를 기억하는 메모리를 클리어하는 수단을 보유하고 상기 전자제어장치는 테스터에서 지정된 메모리를 클리어하는 기능을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 전자제어장치의 각종 데이터를 지정하는 기능을 구비하고, 그 각종데이터를 복수개 표시하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 제1형 집중접속기와 제2형 집중접속기가 접속된 상기 절환선의 논리레벨이 상기 다른쪽 논리레벨의 경우에는 각 전자제어장치는 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하여 고속으로서 직렬신호를 출력하고, 상기 절환선의 논리레벨이 상기 한쪽 논리레벨인 경우에는 각 전자제어장치는 상기 제1 내지 제n신호선을 통하여 저속으로 자기진단 출력신호를 출력하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 전자제어장치의 형식이나 연식에 따른 각종 데이터를 테스터에 착탈자재한 ROM팩으로한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
- 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 제어수단은 상기 ROM팩이 접속기핀에 확실하게 접속되어 있는지를 자체첵크 하는 논리회로를 구비하고 이 논리회로의 레벨에 따라 테스터본체의 CPU에 개입중단을 걸도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기진단용 다기능테스터.
