Claims (10)
- 발포판을 동시에 또는 차례로 가열공기 및 스팀에 노출시켜 팽창시킴을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 수지로부터 제조하며 두께가 1㎝이상인 압출 발포판의 밀도를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지의 연속적인 압출 발포판을 팽창장치(10) 또는 (11) (여기서, 발포판은 동시에 또는 차례로 가열공기 및 스팀에 노출된다)를 통하여 이송시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포판의 밀도 감소를 약 1bar의 압력에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 스티렌계 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포판의 밀도감소를, 스팀 및 가열공기의 대기가 동시에 유지되고, a) 스팀 공급원(steam source)(16)과 연결된 스팀 유입구(14), 및 b) 스팀 유입구(14)와 동일하거나 상이하며, 공기 공급원(20)과 연결된 공기 유입구(18)가 설치되어 있는 적어도 하나의 챔버(12)를 포함하는 팽창 장치(11)내에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 챔버(들)(12)내의 상대 습도가 20 내지 100%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 챔버(들)(12)내의 상대 습도가 35 내지 85%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포판의 밀도 감소를, a) 주로 가열공기를 함유하는 대기가 유지되며, 공기 공급원(20A, 20B 또는 20C)과 연결된 공기 유입구(18A, 18B 또는 18C)가 설치된 적어도 하나의 공기챔버(12A, 12C 또는 12E), 및 b) 주로 스팀을 함유하는 대기가 유지되며, 스팀 공급원(16A 또는 16B)와 연결된 스팀유입구(14A 또는 14B)가 설치된 적어도 하나의 스팀 챔버(12B 또는 12D)를 포함하는 팽창장치(10)내에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열공기의 온도가 60 내지 150℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지로부터 제조한 압출 발포판이, 열가소성 수지를 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 이산화탄소 3 내지 45중량%, 에틸 클로라이드 5 내지 97중량% 및 디클로로디플루오로메탄 및/또는 1-클로로-1, 1-디플루오로에탄 0 내지 90중량%의 혼합물(여기서, 발포제 혼합물은 열가소성 수지 100중량부당 3 내지 18중량부의 수준으로 사용한다)을 사용하여 팽창시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
