Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 물을 함유한 액중에 베마이트 분말을 가하여 pH를 1.2∼4.5로 조정하고 이 베마이트분을 분산시킨 베바디트졸을 만들며, 이 베마이트졸과 탄소원 물질을 혼합, 건조시킨 후 질소를 함유한 비산화성 분위기중에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 알루미늄 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원 물질을 미리 물을 함유한 액중에 분산시켜 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기탄소원 물질로부터 얻어지는 탄소와 고체탄소분을 중량비 0.05∼0.5의 범위로 배합한 탄소원 물질을 사용하고 또한 이 탄소원 물질중의 전탄소량과 이 베마이트분을 중량비 0.4∼3.0의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 알루미늄 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 베마이트졸과 탄소원 물질과의 혼합물이 이 베마이트분에 대해 0.01∼50중량%의 α-알루미나 분말을 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 알루미늄 분말의 제조방법.
- 물을 함유한 액중에 베마이트 분말을 가하여 pH를 1.2∼4.5로 조정하고, 이 베마이트분을 분산시킨 베마이트졸을 만들며, 이 베마이트졸과 탄소원 물질을 흔합, 겔화한 후 건조한 다음에 질소를 함유한 비산화성 분위기중에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 알루미늄 분말의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄소원 물질을 미리 물을 함유하는 액중에 분산시켜 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법 .
