Description
Claims (11)
- 양이온 교환격막에 의해 음극을 가진 음극실에서 분리되어 처리되는 유기 화합물의 용액을 처리하는 예비음극실, 양이온 교환격막에 의해 양극을 가진 양극실에서 분리된 예비 양극실, 및 양이온 교환격막에 의해 예비 음극실에서 분리된 예비 양극실로 구분되는 전해조에서 음이온을 제거시키며, 양극실의 산 전해액과 예비 양극실 및 음극실의 물을 처리하고 ; 전해전류를 전해조에 통과시켜 음이온이 예비 음극실에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 예비 양극실로 이동하도록 하고 양극실에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 예비양극실로 이동하는 수소이온과 결합하여 그 대응하는 산을 형성하며 ; 유기양이온이 예비 음극실에서 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 그 유기양이온을 함유한 용액을 얻는 음극실로 이동시킴을 특징으로 하여 적어도 하나의 양이온 기능기를 구성하여 불순물로서, 또는 그 불순물과 결합하여 극성용매중에서 해리할 수 있는 음이온을 함유한 유기화합물에서 음이온을 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 유기화합물에는 양이온 기능기를 함유하며 히드록시이온과 결합시켜 음극액에서 유리염기를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 유기화합물에는 양이온 기능기와 음이온 기능기를 포함하여 음극액에서 그 내염을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온은 클로린이며 염산은 예비 양극실에서 형성되고 희석수에는 예비 양극실로 도입시킴으 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양극실의 산은 할라이드 이온보다 다른 음이온으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극실의 산전해액은 황산수용액이며 산소는 양극에서 발생되고 희석수는 양극실로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 실(compartments)이 두 중앙실에서 양이온 교환격막에 의해 예비 양극실과 예비 음극실을 분리시키고 두 중앙실이 음이온 교환격막에 분리된 양극실과 음극실에 각각 한쌍의 대향 전극을 가진 전해조에서 전해를 실시하며 ; 유기아민 히드로할이드가 예비 음극실을 통해 통과시키고 ; 전극간의 전위를 유지시켜 할라이드 이온이 음이온 교환격막을통하여 예비 양극실로 이동하도록 하고 유기아민이온이 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 음극실로 이동하도록함을 특징으로 하는 유기아민 히드로할라이드를 탈활로겐화시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 히드로겐 할라이드(hydrogen halide)를 회수시켜 예비 양극실에서 인출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4급 암모늄 유기이온이 격막의 일측면에서 다른 측면으로 다중 실(multi-compartment)로된 전해조에 삽입한 양이온 교환격막을 통하여 이동하도록 하고, 반응성 유기산을 격막의 다른 측면상에 유지시키며, 유기산과 제4급 암모늄 유기이온을 반응시킴을 특징으로 한 제4급 암모늄엽의 형성방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 격막의 대향측면상에 전위를 유지시킴으로써 이동시켜 제4급 유기이온이 음극 방향으로 이동하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전해조에 있어서, 양극을 포함한 양극실, 음극을 포함한 음극실 및 두 중간실 C1및 C2를 구성시켜 그 양극실은 양이온격막 MC1에 의해 실 C1으로 분리되고, 그 음극실은 양이온격막 MC2에 의해 실 C2로 분리되며, 그 중간실 C1및 C2는 음이온격막 MA에 의해 서로 분리되고, 각각 중간실은 또 시약을 도입시키는 수단, 중간실에서 생성물을 회수시키는 수단 및 양극과 음극 각각을 전원의 양극과 음극에 접속시키는 수단을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
