Description
Claims (6)
- 전력공급원에 연결될 수 있으며 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 분리되어 있는 제1 및 제2의 가늘고 긴 도체, 그리고 가늘고 긴 비금속성의 저항성 발열요소를 포함하는 발열스트립으로 구성되는 전기히이터에 있어서, 상기 발열스트립은 그 스트립과 각 도체의 길이를 따라 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 떨어져 있는 접촉점에서 제1의 도체 및 제2의 도체와 교대로 전기 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조절 히이터.
- (1) 전력공급원에 연결될 수 있으며 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 분리되어 있는 제1 및 제2의 가늘고 긴 도체, 그리고 (2)(i)(a) 발열스트립의 길이를 따라 배치되며 (b) PTC 성질을 나타내는 도전성 폴리머 조성물로 이루어지는 가늘고 긴 PTC요소로 구성되고, (ii) 스트립과 각 도체의 길이를 따라 종방향으로 하고 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 떨어져 있는 접촉점에서 제1의 도체 및 제2의 도체와 교대로 전기 접촉하고 있는 가늘고 긴 저항성 발열스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조절 히이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 도체를 전원에 연결할 경우 도체간을 흐르는 모든 전류가 발열스트립을 통해 흐르도록 도체간에 배치되는 절연재료로된 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조절 히이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발열스트립은 PTC 성질을 나타내고 23℃에서 100-5000Ω·㎝의 저항율을 갖는 용융압출된 도전성 폴리머를 기본으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조절 히이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 도체와 발열스트립의 사이에 접합부 위를 ZTC 도전성 폴리머조성물로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조절 히이터.
- (1) 전력원에 연결될 수 있으며 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 분리되어 있는 제1 및 제2의 가늘고 긴 평행도체와, (2) 각각, (i) 스트립의 축을 따라 용융압출에 의해 형성되고 23℃에서 1-100,000·㎝의 저항율을 가지고, 그리고 발열스트립의 저항이 100℃의 온도범위에 대해서 적어도 10배로 증가하게 되는 PTC 성질을 나타내는 도전성 폴리머 조성물을 기본으로 하여 이루어지고, (ii) 스트립과 각 도체의 길이를 따라 종방향으로서 서로 일정한 간격을 두고 떨어져 있는 접촉점에서 제1 및 제2의 도체와 교대로 접촉하도록 도체 둘레에 나선형으로 감겨져 있는 적어도 2개의 사실상 동일한 가늘고 긴 저항성 발열스트립과, 그리고(3) 도체를 전원에 연결할 경우 도체간을 흐르는 모든 전류가 발열스트립을 통해 흐르도록 도체 사이에 배치되는 절연재로 된 스트립을 포함하는 자동조절 히이터.
