Claims (8)
- (a) 노르보넨기를 함유하는 시클로올레핀모노머, (b)그 시클로올레핀모노머를 괴상 개환중합할수 있는 양의 메타쎄시스 촉매계 및 (c)열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 괴상 중합용 반응성 배합액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐이 미팽창인 것이고, 배합량이 0.05~5중량%인 배합액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐이 기팽창의 것이고, 배합량이 1~50용량%인 배합액.
- (a) 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀모노머, (b) 메타쎄시스 촉매 또는 메타쎄시스 공촉매 중의 어느 성분 및 (c) 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급원료.
- 청구항 제1에 기재된 반응성 배합액을, 캐비티형과 코어형으로 온도차를 설정해서 보지한 금형내에 주입하여 반응사출성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노르보넨계 시클로올레핀 폴리머의 제조법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐이 기화성 팽창제를 내포하는 합성수지제 마이크로캡슐이고, 그 자신의 최고 팽창배율을 달성할 수 있는 온도가 70~200℃의 범위내이고, 또한 수분함유량이 5중량% 이하인 시클로올레핀폴리머의 제조법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 메타쎄시스 촉매계가, 30℃에서의 발열개시시간이 0.5분 이상인 것인 노르보넨계 폴리머의 제조법.
- 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀 모노머 및 메타쎄시스 공촉매를 포함한 반응성 배합액(A)와, 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀모노머, 메타쎄시스 촉매계 및 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 포함한 반응성 배합액(B)를 믹싱헤드로 혼합한후, 캐비티형과 코어형으로 온도차를 설정하여 보지한 금형내에 주입하여 반응 사출성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노르보넨계 시클로올레핀 폴리머의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
