Claims (8)

  1. (a) 노르보넨기를 함유하는 시클로올레핀모노머, (b)그 시클로올레핀모노머를 괴상 개환중합할수 있는 양의 메타쎄시스 촉매계 및 (c)열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 괴상 중합용 반응성 배합액.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐이 미팽창인 것이고, 배합량이 0.05~5중량%인 배합액.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐이 기팽창의 것이고, 배합량이 1~50용량%인 배합액.
  4. (a) 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀모노머, (b) 메타쎄시스 촉매 또는 메타쎄시스 공촉매 중의 어느 성분 및 (c) 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급원료.
  5. 청구항 제1에 기재된 반응성 배합액을, 캐비티형과 코어형으로 온도차를 설정해서 보지한 금형내에 주입하여 반응사출성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노르보넨계 시클로올레핀 폴리머의 제조법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐이 기화성 팽창제를 내포하는 합성수지제 마이크로캡슐이고, 그 자신의 최고 팽창배율을 달성할 수 있는 온도가 70~200℃의 범위내이고, 또한 수분함유량이 5중량% 이하인 시클로올레핀폴리머의 제조법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 메타쎄시스 촉매계가, 30℃에서의 발열개시시간이 0.5분 이상인 것인 노르보넨계 폴리머의 제조법.
  8. 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀 모노머 및 메타쎄시스 공촉매를 포함한 반응성 배합액(A)와, 노르보넨기를 가진 시클로올레핀모노머, 메타쎄시스 촉매계 및 열팽창성 마이크로캡슐을 포함한 반응성 배합액(B)를 믹싱헤드로 혼합한후, 캐비티형과 코어형으로 온도차를 설정하여 보지한 금형내에 주입하여 반응 사출성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노르보넨계 시클로올레핀 폴리머의 제조법.
