Claims (9)
- 각면에 아연, 아연계합금 또는 알루미늄계 합금을 도금한 강판상에, 금속 Cr으로 환산하여 200mg/m2이하의 크롬 부착량을 갖는 크로메이트 피막을 양면에 처리하고, (a) 수산기와 카르복시기중 하나이상을 포함하는 수지 100중량부, (b) 실리카 10-80중량부, 및 (c) 70℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 폴리올레핀 왁스 20중량부 이하 등을 포함하고 70℃ 이상의 글래스 전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 수지 조성물로부터 형성되어지고 한면당 0.3-3g/m2의 건조 중량의 부착량을 갖는 수지 피막처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 각면에 아연, 아연계합금 또는 알루미늄계 합금을 도금한 강판상에, 금속 Cr으로 환산하여 200mg/m2이하의 크롬 부착량을 갖는 크로메이트 피막을 양면에 처리하고, (a) 수산기와 카르복시기중 하나이상을 포함하는 수지 100중량부, (b) 실리카 10-80중량부, 및 (c) 융점 70℃ 이하의 폴리올레핀 왁스 70% 이하와 융점 70℃ 이상의 폴리올레핀 왁스의 혼합물 20중량부 이하, 등을 포함하고 70℃ 이상의 글래스 전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 수지 조성물로부터 형성되어지고, 한면당 0.3-3g/m2의 건조 중량의 부착량을 갖는 수지 피막처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 각면에 아연, 아연계합금 또는 알루미늄계 합금을 도금한 강판상에, 금속 Cr으로 환산하여 10-200mg/m2이하의 크롬 부착량을 갖는 크로메이트 피막을 양면에 처리하고, (a) 수산기와 카르복시기중 하나이상을 포함하는 수지 100중량부, (b) 실리카 10-80중량부, 및 (c) 분말 불소수지 1.0-20중량부 등을 포함하고 70℃ 이상의 글래스 전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 수지 조성물로부터 형성되어지고, 한면당 0.3-3g/m2의 건조 중량의 부착량을 갖는 수지 피막처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 또한 (d) 70℃ 이상의 융점을 갖고, 상기 불소 수지와의 중량비가 1.0 이하가 되는 폴리올레핀 왁스를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 분말 불소수지의 입자크기가 1-7μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 또한 (e) 실란 커플링제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 각면에 아연, 아연계합금 또는 알루미늄계 합금을 도금한 강판상에, 크로메이트 피막을 양면에 처리하고, (a) 수산기와 카르복시기 (b) 실리카중 하나이상, 및 (c) 고형 윤활제등을 포함하고, 70℃ 이상의 글래스 전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 수지 피막처리를 크로메이트 피막 처리한 한면에 행하고, 다른 한면에는 (a) 수산기와 카르복시기중 하나이상, 및 (b) 실리카 등을 포함하는 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 다른 수지 피막처리를 하며, 상기 각 수지 피막의 부착량은 0.3-3g/m2의 건조 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고형 윤활제가 70℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 불소 수지 또는 폴리올레핀 화합물을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고형 윤활제가 불소수지 및 폴리올레핀 화합물의 혼합물을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활수지 피막처리강판.
