Claims (10)
- 대략 165 내지 166개의 아미노산으로 이루어지며, 그의 아미노산 서열은, 아미노산 종류 및 수에서, 자연적으로 존재하는 상이한 백혈구 인터페론의 아-서열들에 상응하는 별개의 아-서열들로 차례대로 이루어져 있으며, 전체적인 조성면에서는 자연적으로 존재하는 백혈구 인터페론의 아미노산 서열과는 다른 폴리펩타이드를 코드화하는 본쇄를 함유하는 이본쇄 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코드화된 폴리펩타이드의 N-말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-D의 아미노산 1 내지 92로 이루어지고, 이의 카복시 말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-A의 아미노산 92 내지 165로 이루어지는 이본쇄 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코드화된 폴리펩타이드의 N-말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-A의 아미노산 1 내지 91로 이루어지고, 이의 카복시 말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-D의 아미노산 93 내지 166로 이루어지는 이본쇄 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코드화된 폴리펩타이드의 N-말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-D의 아미노산 1 내지 63으로 이루어지고, 이의 카복시 말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-A의 아미노산 63 내지 165로 이루어지는 이본쇄 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코드화된 폴리펩타이드의 N-말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-A의 아미노산 1 내지 62으로 이루어지고, 이의 카복시 말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-D의 아미노산 64 내지 166로 이루어지는 이본쇄 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코드화된 폴리펩타이드의 N-말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-A의 아미노산 1 내지 91로 이루어지고, 이의 카복시 말단 부분은 필수적으로 LeIF-B의 아미노산 93 내지 166로 이루어지는 이본쇄 DNA.

- pLeIF AD trp(Bgl II), pLeIF AD trp(Pvu II), pLeIF DA trp(Bgl II) 및 pLeIF DA trp(Pvu II)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 플라스미드.
