본 고안은 보일러등에 사용되는 석유연소기의 과열로 인하여 보일러의 온수가열조의 온도가 일정온도 이상으로 상승될경우 석유연소기의 급유를 순간적으로 차단할수 있게한 석유연소기의 급유차단장치에 관한 것으로 종래의 급유조절기에 설치한 급유조절밸브는 사용자가 직접 밸브를 잠거야 급유를 차단시킬수 있었기 때문에 석유연소기의 과열시 급유차단하는 것을 잊을 경우에 화재의 위험이나 보일러의 폭발위험이 뒤따르게되어 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 본인이 선출원한 실용신안등록출원 1989년 제19644호는 보일러의 온수가열조의 온도가 일정온도 이상이 될경우에 온수가열조에 설치된 실린더내에 충전된 열팽창왁스가 순간적으로 팽창하면서 실린더내에 설치한 피스톤을 하강시켜 상하작동봉을 하강시키면 코일스프링과 호형탄편이 하강되어 호형탄평의 중앙 저면에 설치한 개폐변이 급유관의 단부를 막아 급유를 차단하여 소화되게 하였으나 이는 온수조의 물이 일정온도 이하로 떨어질 경우에 열팽창왁스가 용축되므로 호형탄편의 탄발력에 의하여 상하작동봉이 상승하여 급유관을 막고 있는 개폐변이 열리어 급유되므로 완전소화가 되지않은 경우에는 재연소가 시작되므로 연소기나 보일러의 불완전상태에서 가열하게되는 문제가 있어 이와같은 문제점을 적게하기 위하여 연소기나 보일러가 일정온도 이상이 될경우에 급유를 차단하게되면 개폐변이 인위적이 아니면 다시 열리지 않게하는 동시에 온수가열조와 급유조절기의 간격에 구애됨이 없이 개폐편과 온수가열조에 설치한 열에 의한 작동구에 자유롭게 연결시키기 위하여 상하작동봉을 후랙시블 와이어를 사용한 것으로 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a lubrication cutoff device of a petroleum burner that enables the lubrication of the petroleum burner to be momentarily blocked when the temperature of the hot water heating tank of the boiler rises above a certain temperature due to the overheating of the petroleum burner used in the boiler.
