Claims (4)
- RF 입력 단자에서의 RF 신호 입력을 검출하고 검출 전압 출력 단자로 부터 검출 전압을 출력시키기 위한 온도 안정 RF 검출기에 있어서, 저출력 임피던스로 선정된 제1전압을 출력시키기 위한 정전압원, 제1극성의 전극이 정전압원에 접속되고 제2극성의 전극이 저항기를 통해 선정된 제2전압단자에 접속된 제1다이오드, 저출력 임피던스로 제1다이오드의 제2극성의 전극에서와 전압과 거의 동일한 전압을 출력시키기 위한 버퍼 회로, 및 제1극성의 전극이 검출 전압 출력 단자에 접속되고 제2극성의 전극이 버퍼 회로의 출력 단자와 RF 입력 단자에 접속된 제2다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
- 전원 공급 전압 단자, RF 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력 단자, 검출된 RF 신호의 검출 전압을 출력시키기 위한 출력 단자, 정전압원의 정전압 출력 단자와 저항기 다른 단자 사이에 접속된 제1다이오드, 선정된 제1정전압원을 발생시키기 위해 전원 공급 전압 단자에 접속된 정전압원, 한 단자가 전원 공급 전압 단자에 접속된 저항기, 한 단자가 입력 단자에 접속되고 다른 단자가 저역 통과 필터를 통해 출력 단자에 접속된 제2다이오드, 및 저항기와 제2다이오드 사이의 접점과 입력 단자 사이에 삽입된 버퍼 회로를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2다이오드의 접속 방향이 출력 단자와 정전압원을 접속시키기 위한 회로 내에서 서로 반대로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
- 제2항에 있어서, RF 신호가 입력 단자로 부터 버퍼 회로로 흐르지 못하게 하기 위해 입력 단자와 버퍼 회로에 접속된 저역 통과 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저항기의 저항이, 입력 단자로 부터의 RF 신호 전압 입력이 작을때, 제1 및 제2다이오드를 통해 흐르는 전류 값이 서로 동일하고, 제1 및 제2다이오드의 전류 값이 서로 동일할 때, 제1 및 제2다이오드 양단의 전압 강하의 온도 특성이 서로 동일하도록, 셋트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
