Claims (7)
- 기대(frame, 52), 파이프의 절단부와 함께 이동가능하도록 상기 기대상에 장착되어 파이프의 송출속도와 동일한 속도로 주행하면서 윗칼날(2)을 강하시켜 아랫칼날(43,44) 부분에 셋트된 파이프를 절단하는 절단수단(C), 상기 기대상에서 상기 절단수단을 이동하기 위한 이동수단, 상기 절단수단을 작동하기 위한 작동수단, 및 크랭크축(6,12,13)을 동조시키기 위한 동조수단을 포함하며, 상기 작동수단은 구동 크랭크축(6)과 종동 크랭크축(12,13)으로 이루어지는 다수의 크랭크축 및 상기 다수의 크랭크축에 의해 지지되는 램(7)을 포함하며, 상기 각 크랭크축은 상기 기대에 고정된 축을 따라 회전가능하도록 베어링 수단에 의해 상기 기대에 장착되며, 상기 종동 크랭크축은 그 곡절방향과 다른 방향으로 돌출한 아암(8a,8b)을 포함하며, 상기 크랭크축의 동조수단은 상기 아암을 연결하기 위한 동조링크수단(5)인 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크축의 동조장치에서 종동 크랭크축(12,13)의 곡절방향과 아암(8a),(8b)과의 각도를 약 90°로 함을 특징으로 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 기대(frame, 52), 파이프의 절단부와 함께 이동가능하도록 상기 기대상에 장착되어 파이프의 송출 속도와 동일한 속도로 주행하면서 윗칼날(2)을 강하시켜 아랫칼날(43,44) 부분에 셋트된 파이프를 절단하는 절단수단(C), 상기 기대상에서 상기 절단수단을 이동하기 위한 이동수단, 상기 절단수단을 작동하기 위한 작동수단, 및 크랭크축(6,12,13)을 동조시키기 위한 동조수단을 포함하며, 상기 작동수단은 구동 크랭크축(6)과 종동 크랭크축(12,13)으로 이루어지는 다수의 크랭크축 및 상기 다수의 크랭크축에 의해 지지되는 램(7)을 포함하며, 상기 각 크랭크축은 상기 기대에 고정된 축을 따라 회전가능하도록 베어링 수단에 의해 상기 기대에 장착되며, 상기 절단수단은 상기 윗칼날이 파이프에 이르기전에, 윗칼날의 선단이 돌입하는 파이프 표면을 크랭크 링크(21)에 의하여 회전하는 톱나이프(3)로써 파이프 측면으로 부터 예비적으로 절입하여 무변형 절단하도록 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 톱나이프(3)에 의한 절입폭을 윗칼날(2)의 두께보다도 약간 큰 폭으로 함을 특징으로 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 톱나이프(3)에 의한 절입량을 파이프 두께의 약 1/3정도로 함을 특징으로 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 톱나이프(3)를 크랭크 아암(20)에 고정하고, 크랭크 아암(20)을 크랭크축 지지체(27)에 축지한 크랭크축(32)으로 회전이 자유 자재한 선회축으로 하고, 상부 플레이트(61)의 압하에 의하여 하강하는 아암 너트(28)에 의하여 크랭크 링크(21)를 밀어서 크랭크 아암(20)을 회전시켜서 톱나이프(3)를 작동하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하나의 조절 스크류(34)에 의하여 크랭크축 지지체(27)와, 아암 너트(28)를 동시에 상하 운동 조절 가능하게함을 특징으로 하는 주행식 파이프 절단장치.
