Claims (12)
- (A)(A1)주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물의 촉매성분 (A2)(A2) 알미노옥산의 촉매성분 및 (A3) 미립자유기 또는 무기화합물의 담체로 되고, (B) 미립자 담체 (A3) 100g당 천이금속원자 0.5-500밀리그람 원자 및 알미늄원자 5-50,000밀리그람 원자를 함유하고, (C) 천이금속원자(M)에 대한 알미늄원자(A1)의 원자비(A1/M)가 1-1,000의 범위이며, 그리고 (D) 평균입자경이 5-200㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속이 질코늄, 티탄 및 하프늄으로부터 선택된 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물이 하기식(Ⅰ)여기서, R1는 시크로 알카디에닐기이고, R2, R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 시크로알카디에닐기, 아릴기, 알킬기, 시크로알킬기, 아랄킬기, 할로겐원자, 수소원자, ORa, SRb, MR2 c또는 PR2 d이고, Ra, Rb, Rc및 Rd는 서로 독립적으로 알킬기, 시크로알킬기, 아랄기, 아랄킬기, 또는 시릴기이고, 2개의 Rc및 2개의 Rd는 또 서로 결합되어 환을 형성할 수 있고, k는 1,2,3 또는 4이고, l,m 및n는 0,1,2또는 3이다. 단, k+l+m+n=4이다.또 R2가 시크로알카디에닐기일 경우는 R1과 R2가 저급알킬렌기로 결합되어 있어도 좋다.로 표시되는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알미늄 금속원자에 대한 천이금속 원자의 원자비가 0.05-0.002인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균입자경이 10-100㎛인 올레핀중합용촉매.
- 알미노옥산, 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물 및 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체로 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매를 형성하는 방법에 있어, 알미노옥산의 용액과 알미노옥산의 불용성 내지 난용성 용매를 미립자 유기 또는 무기 화합물 담체의 존재하에 접촉시켜서 미립자 유기 또는 무기 화합물 담체상에 알미노옥산을 석출시키는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 제조법.
- (1) 알미노옥산의 용액중에 분산시킨 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체의 현탁액과 알미노옥산의 불용성 내지 난용성 용매를 접촉시켜서 알미노옥산 담지 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체를 형성하고 그리고 (2) 이 알미노옥산 담지미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체를 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물의 용액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조법.
- (1)알미노옥산과 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물의 용액중에 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체를 분산기킨 현탁액을 준비하고 그리고 (2) 이 현탁액과 알미노옥산의 불용성 내지 난용성의 용매를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매의 제조법.
- (1) 알미노옥산의 불용성 내지 난용성의 용매중에 분산된 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체의 현탁액과 알미노옥산의 용액을 접촉시켜서 알미노옥산 담지미립자 유기 또는 무기 화합물 담체를 형성시키고 또 (2) 이 알미노옥산 담지미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체를 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속화합물의 용액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매의 제조법.
- (1) 알미노옥산의 불용성 내지 난용성의 용매중에 미립자 유기 또는 무기화합물 담체가 분산된 현탁액과 알미노옥산 및 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물의 용액을 준비하고, (2) 상기 현탁액과 상기 용액을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매의 제조법.
- 청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 방법에 의해서 제조된 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
