Claims (7)
- 적어도 일측 단부가 개방된 원통형 소켓과; 볼형부(ball 形部)와 이 볼형부에 일체로 적어도 하나의 축부를 지닌 내부 조인트 및; 상기 원통형 소켓내에 끼워 넣어지고, 상기 내부 조인트부의 외형과 상호 보완적으로 형성되어 있는 요부를 가진 베어링부를 지니고 있으며; 상기 요부는 진동하면서 미끄러지는 내부 조인트부의 볼형부를 지지하고, 상기 개방된 단부와 반대의 소켓의 단부에서 상기 베어링부를 지지하도록 지름방향의 내측으로 돌출한 플랜지부를 지닌 조인트로서, 상기 플랜지부와 협동하여서 베어링부를 축방향으로 지지하는 플러그부가 소켓의 일측 단부에서 개방된 고리형 홈에 배설되어 있으며; 상기 베어링부와 볼형부의 미끄러지는 면에서의 이물질이 들어오는 것을 막기 위하여 부우트부가 상기 내부 조인트부의 축부와 소켓 사이에 배열되어 있고; 상기 플러그부는 소켓의 개방구내에서 상기 베어링부의 단부표면에 접촉되어 있는 원형판부와 이 원형판부의 외부 주위로부터 축방향의 바깥쪽으로 향하고 또 지름방향의 바깥쪽 방향을 향한 원형판부를 지닌 플러그부로 되어 있고; 상기 소켓의 개방구의 벽에는 개방구 단부가 지름이 적게 될 수 있게 스텝이 형성되어 있고; 상기 플러그부는 원형판부의 확장된 단부에서 소켓의 개방구에 있는 스텝에 맞물리는 소켓을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플러그부는 내부 조인트부의 축부를 에워싸는 고리형부로 구성되어 있고, 상기 부우트부가 축방향에 관하여 플러그부의 외측에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그부의 원형판부의 확장된 단부에 여러개의 노치가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그부의 확장된 단부는 탄력에 의하여 소켓에 있는 스텝에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그부의 확장된 단부는 뾰족한 징을 박는 것에 의하여 소켓의 스텝과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소켓의 스텝은 개방구의 벽에 형성된 고리형 홈의 일측벽으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부우트부는 소켓의 개방구의 내부 주위표면과 내부 조인트부의 축부의 외부 주위표면 사이에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
