Claims (13)
- 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물, 이의 광학 이성체 및 기하이성체, 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염.상기식에서 R1은 수소, -COR2또는 R3R4R5Si이고, 여기서 R2는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며 R3, R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 저급 알킬이고 : R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소, -COR8또는 -C0-CH 이고, 여기서, R8은 수소, 저급알킬, -CHO, -COCH3, -CH(OH)CH3,-CH(OH)CH2, OH,,,, -(CH2)nOR10이며, 여기서, R10은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, n은 1,2 또는 3이고, R11은 수소, 저급 알킬, 또는 -COR14이며, R14는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, R11및 R12는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, R13은 수소, 저급 알킬, 벤질 또는 CH2OH 의 그룹이거나, R12는 이들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 일반식의 그룹을 형성하며, X는이며, 여기서, R15는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, R16은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, R17은 저급 알킬이고 R18은 저급 알킬이며, m은 0 또는 1이고, R6및 R7은 함께 결합하여 -C0-또는 -SO-를 형성하며 : R9는 수소이고 : R1및 R9SMS 함께 결합하여 CO, SO 또는 일반식 CHNR19R20의 그륩을 형성하고 여기서 R10및 R20은 각각 독립적으로 저급 알킬이거나, R19및 R20은 이들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 일반식의 그룹을 형성하며; 단, R7이 수소 또는 R8CO이고, R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, R1이 수소, R2CO 또는 R3R4R5Si이고, R9가 수소인 경우, R6은 수소 또는 R8CO(여기서, R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이다)가 아니고; R9가 수소이며, R6및 R7이 함께 CO인 경우, R1은 수소 또는 R2CO가 아니며; R6가 수소 또는 R8CO이고, R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, R7이 수소 또는 R8CO이고, R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬인 경우나 R6및 R7이 함께 CO 또는 SO인 경우, R1및 R9는 함께 CO 또는 SO가 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R9가 함께 결합하여 일반식 CHNR19R20의 그룹을 형성하는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 7β-(N,N-디에틸아미노 아세톡시)-8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시라브드-14-엔-11-온-1,9-디메틸포름아미드 아세탈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 7β-(N,N-디에틸아미노아세톡시)-8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시라브드-14-엔-11-온.
- 제3항에 있어서, 7β-(N,N-디에틸아미노아세톡시)-8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시라브드-14-엔-11-온.
- 제3항에 있어서, 7β-[2-(N-t-부톡시카보닐)아미노프로파노일옥시]-8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시라브드-14-엔-11-온.
- 제3항에 있어서, 7β-(N-아세틸아미노아세톡시)-8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시라브드-14-엔-11-온.
- 제4항에 있어서, 8,13-에폭시-1α,6β,9α-트리히드록시-7β-(2-테트라히드로푸라노일옥시)라브드-14-엔-11-온.
- 활성물질로서 제1항에서 정의한 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와 함께 포함하는, 상승된 안내압, 고혈압, 울혈성 심장마비, 기관지 천식 및 건선 치료에 유용한 약제학적 조성물.
