- 미생물에 의한 L-글루타민을 제조함에 있어서 글라이신 및 로이신 요구를 갖고 알라닌에 의해 생육이 촉진되는 균주인 코리네박테리움 KCTC 8467P (MWM-860619)를, 당질을 주원료로 하는 영양 배지에 호기적으로 배양하는 것을 특짖으로 하는 미생물에 의한 L-글루타민의 제조방법.
