Claims (9)
- 방식제조성물에 있어서, 주된 구성성분으로서의 물과, 전체 방식제조성물을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 10중량%의 인산화합물, 1 내지 15중량%의 질산염과 벤조산혼합물, 0.2 내지 1.5중량%의 몰리브데이트, 0.5 내지 5중량%의 다음일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 폴리포스페이트, 그리고 통상의 부식방지제가 함유되어 있으며, 그 pH값이 7.0이상 9.0미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.상기 식에서, n은 1 내지 50의 정수이고, R1과 R2는 각각 독립적으로 트리아졸기, 알콕시기 또는 하이드록시기 중의 어느 하나이며, X는 수소원자 또는 1이 금속원자를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주된 구성성분인 물과 그 이외의 성분은 중량비로 95 : 5 내지 60 : 40의 비율로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질산염과 벤조산염의 혼합물은 질산염에 대한 벤조산염의 혼합비율이 중량비로 2 : 1 내지 1 : 2로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산화합물은 소디움하이드로겐포스페이트, 디소디움하이드로겐포스페이트, 트리소디움포스페이트, 칼륨하이드로겐포스페이트, 디칼륨하이드로겐포스페이트, 헥사메타포스페이트, 트리폴리포스페이트, 트리부틸포스페이트 또는 트리크레실포스페이트 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 질산염은 질산나트륨, 아질산나트륨, 질산칼륨 또는 아질산칼륨 중의 어느 하나이고, 벤조산염은 벤조산나트륨 또는 벤조산칼륨 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브데이트는 암모늄몰리브데이트, 암모늄포스포몰리브데이트, 소디움몰리브데이트 또는 칼륨몰리브데이트 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 방식제조성물에 있어서, 주된 구성성분으로서의 물과, 전체 방식제조성물을 기준으로하여 1 내지 10중량%의 인산화합물, 1 내지 15중량%의 질산염과 벤조산혼합물, 0.2 내지 1.5중량%의 몰리브데이트, 그리고 통상의 부식방지제가 함유되어 있으며, 그 pH값이 7.0이상 9.0미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 주된 구성성분인 물과 그 이외의 성분은 중량비로 95 : 5 내지 60 : 40의 비율로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로하는 방식제조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 질산염과 벤조산 혼합물은 질산염에 대한 벤조산염의 혼합비율이 중량비로 2 : 1 내지 1 : 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식제조성물.
