Claims (6)
- 관형부재를 방사상으로 연신시키는 장치에 있어서, 제1끝단 캡과 제1끝단 캡으로부터 격리된 제2끝단 캡, 상기 캡사이에서 캡을 서로 연결하기 위해 단단히 연결된 지주 및, 상기 캡사이에 연결되어 있고 캡사이에서 공간을 형성하기 위해 지주 주위에 퍼져있는 확장가능한 블래더와, 상기 공간내에 채워져 있는 추진제와, 상기 추진제와 연결되어 추진제를 점화시켜서 개스를 발생시키고 상기 블래더를 방사상으로 확장시키기 위한 점화수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간은 환형이고 상기 지주 주위에 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1캡은 캡을 통해 연장되어 있는 보어를 포함하고 상기 지주는 보어내에서 고정되어 있으며, 보어와 상기 공간을 연결하는 점화구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지주는 캡에 인접한 공간내에 배치된 플랜지 수단을 포함하고 있고, 상기 캡은 상기 플랜지 수단을 둘러싸고 있는 슬리브부를 가지며, 블래더의 단부는 상기 슬리브와 플랜지 수단 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1캡에 단단히 고정된 배치봉을 포함하며 상기 봉은 봉안에 종형(縱形)보어를 구비하고, 점화수단은 종형보어를 통해 연장된 한쌍의 도선을 구비하며, 상기 지주는 지주속에 제1캡의 보어와 상기 공간을 연결하는 점화구를 구비하고, 상기 점화구를 통해 상기 공간에 연장된 한쌍의 도선 및 상기 점화도선에 연결된 점화기 등을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신장치.
- 관형부재를 방사상으로 연신하는 방법에 있어서, 공간을 형성하기 위해 지주둘레에서 캡 사이에 연결된 확장 가능한 블래더와 함께 지주에 의해 공간끝단에 고정된 캡을 가진 장치를 제공하는 단계와, 상기 공간에서 점화에 의해 추진제가 급속히 연소되어 다량의 개스를 발생시키는 단계와, 상기 장치를 관형부재에 배치시키는 단계 추진제를 점화하여 상기 블래더를 상기 관형부재의 일부에서 연장시키는 단계를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형부재 연신방법.
