Claims (7)
- 가용화된 로듐-포스파이트 착물 촉매, 알데하이드 생성물 및 추가로 아미드, 케톤, 카바메이트, 우레아 및 카보네이트 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 극성 작용성 그룹을 함유하는 유기 중합체를 함유하는 반응 생성물 용액으로부터 알데하이드 생성물을 증류시킴을 특징으로 하여, 올레핀성 불포화 화합물을 일산화탄소 및 수소와 반응시켜 알데하이드를 생성하는 가용화된 로듐-포스파이트 착물 촉매와 알데하이드 생성물을 함유하는 반응 생성물 용액으로부터 증류에 의하여 알데하이드 생성물을 회수하는, 용액으로부터 로듐-포스파이트 착물 촉매중의 로듐이 로듐 금속 또는 침전되는 것을 최소화하거나 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 유기 중합체 첨가제의 양이 증류될 반응 생성물 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.1 내지 약 5.0중량%의 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사용하는 유기 중합체 첨가제의 양이 증류될 반응 생성물 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.3 내지 약 3.0중량%의 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 또는 비닐 피롤리돈을 함유하는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 비닐 피롤리돈-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류 온도가 약 50℃ 내지 약 140℃ 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 하이드로포밀화 반응 매질과 액체 재순환 하이드로포밀화 공정 전체를 통해 존재하는 방법.
