Claims (5)
- 분리가능한 접점과, 전류값이 트리핑임계전류값 (ID)에 도달할때에는 상기 접점을 개방할 수 있도록 하는 마그네틱트리핑수단과, 전류값이 제한임계전류값(IR)에 도달할때에는 이에 대응하는 분기회로를 차단하도록 하는 전류제한기로 이루어진 주전원회로를 가지고 있는 전류제한 회로차단기기가, 교류배전회로망의 상류측 분기회로에 연속해서 배치되어 있는 한 개 이상의 상류측 전류제한 회로차단기와, 상기 상류측 전류제한 회로 차단기 각각에 대해서 한개 이상의 종속적인 하류측분기회로에 연속해서 배치되어 있는 한 개 이상의 하류측 전류제한 회로차단기로 구분되어 구비하고 있는 교류배전회로망에 있어서, 하류측 전류제한 회로차단기(D1)를 가지는 하류측분기회로는, 하류측분기회로에 흐르는 전류값이, 트리핑임계전류값 (ID) 보다 적거나 상류측 전류제한회로 차단기(D2)의 제한임계전류값 (IR2)보다 적은 소정의 중화임계값 (IA1)을 초과할 때에는, 접점을 개방할 수 있는 중화신호(S)를 발생하는 임계신호처리회로(14)에 접속되는 전류센서(13)를 구비하고 있고, 서로 반대방향으로 배치된 한쌍의 다이리스터(TH1,TH2)는, 상기 다이리스터의 게이트를 제어하는 회로(16)를 하류측 전류제한 회로차단기(D1)로부터 출력되는 중성신호(S)에 의하여 제어하므로써, 반주기 정도동안 상류측 전류제한 회로차단기(D2)에 있는 주전원회로를 차단하는 동안 한 개 이상의 다이리스터를 통전시키도록 하기 위하여 상류측 전류제한 회로차단기(D2)의 주전원회로와 병렬로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류배전회로망을 보호하는 단락회로보호장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임계값신호처리회로(14)는, 제2의 중화신호(S)를 출력한후, 소정의 시간동안 다른 중화신호를 재출력하는 것을 금지시키는 지연논리회로를 구비하고 있느 것을 특징으로 하는 교류배전 회로망을 보호하는 단락회로보호장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이리스터의 게이트를 제어하는 회로(16)는 수 ms 정도의 도통신호를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류배전회로망을 보호하는 단락회로 보호장치.
- 분기가능한 접점과, 전류값이 트리핑임계전류값 (ID) 에 도달할때에는 상기 접점을 개방할 수 있도록 하는 마그네틱트리핑수단과, 전류값이 제한임계전류값(IR)에 도달할때에는 이에 대응하는 분기회로를 차단하도록 하는 전류제한기로 이루어진 주전원회로를 구비한 제1항에 따른 교류배전회로망을 보호하는 단락회로보호장치에 사용되는 전류제한회로차단기에 있어서, 상류측 전류제한 회로차단기의 접점을 개방을 중화하기 위하여 중화신호(S)를 발생하는 전류임계값 신호처리회로(14)에 접속되는 전류센서(13)와, 반주기정도 동안 주전원회로가 차단될때에는 한 개이상의 다이리스터를 도통시키도록 하기 위히여, 종속적인 하류측 전류제한 회로차단기로부터 출력되는 중화신호 (S)에 의하여 제어되는 다이리스터의 게이트를 제어하는 회로(16)와 주전원회로와 병렬접속하는 상호 반대방향으로 배치되어 있는 다이리스터(TH1,TH2)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류배선회로망을 보호하는 단락회로 보호장치에 사용되는 전류제한 회로차단기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 동일한 상류측 전류제한 회로차단기에 종속하고 있는 여러개의 하류측 전류제한 회로차단기로부터 출력되는 중화신호를 OR 논리조합으로 처리할 수 있는 논리소자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류배선회로망을 보호하는 단락회로 보호장치에 사용되는 전류제한 회로차단기.
