Claims (20)
- 원소 주기율표의 IVB 또는 VB족 금속의 염 또는 란타니드 계열 금속의 염을, 용융된 염의 배드중에 분산 유지시킨 리튬을 함유하는 액체 혼합물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 언급된 금속염을 리튬으로 환원시켜 주기율표의 IVB 또는 VB족 금속 또는 란타니드 계열 금속을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 리튬을 기계적 교반 특히 블레이드가 장치된 교반기 및 대향 블레이드 시스템에 의하여 용융된 염의 배드중에 분산 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술된 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 언급된 물질을 접촉시킨 후, 환원된 금속을 배드로부터 분리시키고, 분리된 금속을 산 세척하고 건조시켜 고-순도의 금속 분말을 수득함으로써 생성물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술된 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화된 리튬을 전기 화학적으로 재생시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 재생된 리튬을 사용하여 언급된 금속염을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전술된 항들중 어느한 항에 있어서, 환원시키려는 금속염을 액체 형태로 용융된 염의 배드중에 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원시키려는 금속염을 개스형태로 용융된 염의 배드중에 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원시키려는 금속염을 고체형태로 용융된 염의 배드중에 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
