다용도 체결조립구

본 고안은 구조물에 있어서, 모서리 보강 및 지지, 연결 기능과 동시에 장식적인 기능까지 병행할 수 있게된 다용도 체결조립 장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 종류의 체결장치로는 스탠드용 지지고착구가 있는데, 이는 ""형 삽입부 상에 끼움관을 설치한 구성으로 탁자, 책상등의 모서리에 삽입부를 끼워 밑에서 조임구로 고정하고, 상부의 끼움관내에 스탠드 하단부를 끼워 고정 사용토록 된 것으로써, 단지 스탠드의 고정을 위한 기능만이 있을 뿐이다.
본 고안은 상기한 타부재의 고정을 위한 기능과 더불어 상호 연관적인 연결기능 및 장식적인 기능까지 발휘할 수 있게 되어 특히 현대 감각에 알맞는 다양한 형태의 인테리어 장식물 조립수단으로서 알맞게 고안된 것이다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
측면 ""형 삽입부(2)가 형성된 공지의 체결조립(1)에 있어서, 이의 후면(1')좌우 양단을 돌설하여 각각 중심내부에 환턱(4)이 형성되어 양분된 한쌍의 끼움공(3a)(3b)을 일체로 형성시킨 구성이며, 제2도의 도시와 같이 후면(1')에 단일끼움공(5)을 일체로 형성하여 사용할 수도 있다.
미설명 부호 6은 연결봉, 7은 판재, 8은 완전조립상태의 구조물, 9는 바퀴, 10은 조입수단이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제3도의 도시와 같이 "" 형 삽입구(2)를 이용하여 다양한 형태의 판재(7)에 통상의 조임수단(10)으로서 고정되며, 여러개의 체결조립구(1)를 이용하여 후면(1')좌우 양단에 돌설형성된 한쌍의 끼움공(3a)(3b)또는 단일끼움공(5)내에 연결봉(6)을 삽입 연결함으로서 원하는대로 여러층의 선반 형태로 조립할 수 있게된다.
이때의 연결봉(6)들의 연결고정 수단을 설명하면, 연결봉(6) 하단에 볼트부를 형성하고, 상단을 너트부로 형성하여 서로 나착 연결시키는 것인데, 연결봉 상하단이 한쌍의 끼움공(3a)(3b)또는 단일끼움공(5)내 환턱(4)상하에 괘지된 상태에서 서로 나착 연결이 이루어짐에 따라 각개의 연결봉(6)들이 연결 고정된 상태에서도 지지 고착력이 향상되어 완전 조립된 상태의 구조물(8)이 흔들리거나 주저 아을 염려가 없다.
그리고 맨 하단에 위치되는 체결조립구(1)에는 선택적으로 여러가지 바닥재치구 또는 바퀴(9)등으로 조임수단에 대신할 수도 있다.
또한 본 고안은 이상과 같은 질서 정연한 여러층의 판재(7)지지 및 연결고정을 위한 수단으로서 뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태로 제작된 판재의 임의의 위치에 선택적으로 불규칙하게 설치함으로써 장식적인 효과를 높힐 수 있으며, 판재외에도 각양각색의 구조물 체결조립에 다양하게 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 측면에 "디귿"형 삽입부(2)가 형성된 공지의 것에 있어서, 이의 후면(1')좌우 양단을 돌설하여 각각 중심 내부에 환턱(4)이 형성되어 양분된 한쌍의 끼움공(3a)(3b)을 일체로 형성시킨 구성의 다용도 체결조립구.
