Claims (5)
- 원자로 노심내에서 서로 일렬로 균일하게 배치되는 핵분열 연료요소 및 친물질 연료요소를 구비하는 저감속 원자로에 있어서, 상기 배열로 배치되는 상기 연료요소의 간격은 열중성자 원자로에서의 연료요소의 간격보다는 짧으며 정해진 일정한 감속비를 가지는 저감속 원자로에서의 간격보다는 길며 여기서 상기 친물질 요소의 다수의 세트는 노심으로부터 제거되는 위치와 노심으로 삽입되는 위치 사이의 상기 세트의 각각을 이동시키기 위한 구동 수단과가 관련되어서, 최소한 원자로가 작동되는 동안에 노심내의 감속재 용량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감속 원자로.
- 제1항의 원자로에 있어서, 친물질 요소는 산화물 형태인 천연 우라늄 또는 감손 우라늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감속 원자로.
- 제1항의 원자로에 있어서, 상기 연료 소자는 지르코늄 합금으로 된 피복내에서 핵분열 물질 또는 친물질의 입자로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감속 원자로.
- 제3항의 원자로에 있어서, 상기 노심은 수직으로 일렬로 배치되는 다수의 각주형 연료 집합체를 구비하며, 상기 세트의 친물질 요소는 연료 집합체에서의 노드에서 연료요소를 치환하는 가이드관을 따라 직선으로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감속 원자로.
- 제1항의 원자로에 있어서, 연료요소 사이의 간격은 2mm에서 3mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 저감속 원자로.
