Claims (7)
- 서로가깝게 설치되어 그들 사이의 최근접선 근방에 스로우트를 형성하는 제1, 제2회전 가능부재와, 화이버를 얀으로 꼬기 위하여 상기 스로우트로 공급하기 위한 화이버 공급장치로 이루어지며, 상기 화이버 공급장치가 상기 최근접선의 한쪽으로 향한 구멍을 가지며, 상기 최근접선에서, 상기 제1회전 가능부재가 상기 스로우트로 들어가는 표면을 가지고 있고, 상기 제2회전 가능부재가 스로우트로 부터 나오는 표면을 가진 마찰식 정방기에 있어서, 각각의 회전 가능한 부재의 표면인 1-6.35미크론(40-250마이크로인치)의 표면조도를 가지고 있고, 스로우트로 들어가는 제1회전 가능부재의 표면조도가 스로우트로 부터 빠져 나오는 제2회전 가능부재의 표면조도보다 0.5-2.54 미크론 만큼 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 마칠식 정방기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 부재들중 최소한 하나이상의 표면적 조도특성이 1.27-6.35미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면조도의 차이가 1-2.54 미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서 스로우트로 들어가는 상기 제1회전 가능부재의 표면조도가 1.27미크론 이하이고 스로우트로부터 나오는 제2회전 가능부재의 표면이 1.27 미크론 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서 표면이 스로우트로 들어가는 상기 제1회전 가능부재가 구멍이 나 있고, 1.27 미크론의 표면특성을 가지고 있고, 상기 제2회전 가능부재가 구멍이 없고 3.2 미크론의 표면조도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서 상기 회전가능한 부재들이 부식성의 유리구슬가루를 분사시켜 얻어지는 표면조도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 부재들이 그 위에 입혀진 표면코팅을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 정방기.
