Claims (4)
- 그 자체 기지의 방법으로 중공 안내관에 의해 지지되고 제어봉을 수용하며 그리고 핵분열 연료봉이 배치되는 스페이싱 격자가 고정된 2개의 단부부재를 포함하는 경수형 원자로용 연료조립체의 제조방법에 있어서, 단부부재를 스페이싱 격자내에 용이하게 끼워지도록 미리 도입된 안내관에 나사조임에 의해 고정되고, 안내관에 대한 스페이싱 격자의 최종적인 견고한 고정을 실시하고, 적어도 하나의 단부부재를 해제하여 스페이싱 격자로부터 자유로이 유지된 공간내로 연료봉을 도입하고, 이어서 단부부재의 최종 나사조임을 실시하고, 상기 안내관에 대한 단부부재의 최초의 고정이 비틀림을 수반하지 않고 안내관의 인장에 의해 실시되는 경수형 원자로용 연료조립체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 단부부재 사이에 미리 배치된 안내관 상에서 비틀림이 없는 나사조임을 행하고, 이어서 그 2개의 단부중 1개 이상에 대해 종방향 장력을 가하는 경수형 원자로용 연료조립체의 제조방법.
- 경수형 원자로용 연료조립체의 각 단부에 대하여, 단부부재의 저부에 부착될 수 있는 내측 금독판, 잭의 작용하에 내측판에 고정된 슬라이딩 바아를 따라 내측판에 대하여 종방향으로 이동될 수 있는 외측 금속판, 및 단부부재와 내측 및 외측판의 대응하는 구멍을 횡단하여 안내관의 망나사와 결합할 수 있으며. 잭의 작용을 보상하는 스프링을 지지하는 헤드를 각각 갖는 나사 인장봉으로 구성되는, 제1항 또는 2항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법을 실시하는 공구.
- 경수형 원자로용 연료조립체의 각 단부에 대하여, 단부부재의 저부에 부착되는 내측 금속판, 잭의 작용하에 내측판에 고정된 슬라이딩 바아를 따라 내측 금속판에 대하여 종방향으로 이동되는 외측 금속판, 및 단부부재와 내측 및 외측판의 대응하는 구멍을 횡단하여 대응하는 안내관의 중공부를 파지할 수 있는 신축식클립 또는 클램프와 잭의 작용을 보상하는 스프링을 지지하는 헤드를 갖는 인장봉으로 구성되는, 제1항 또는 2항중 어느 하나를 따른 방법을 실시하는 공구.
