Claims (7)
- 가압수형 원자로의 노심통(28)내에서 주입구(42)를 통한 흐름을 방지하기 위한 플러그에 있어서, 몸체(52)가 플랜지(58)와 실린더형 부분(60)으로 형성되어 있으며 상기 플랜지(58)에 접속된 단부 플러그(80)에 의하여 밀폐된 다른 단부와 함께 경사진 진입 개방단부(62)를 한정하며, 상기 몸체(52)가 상기 단부플러그(80)보다 상기 개방 단부에 가까운 작은 직경을 갖는 상기 개방 단부(62)로부터 상기 단부플러그(80)까지 확장하는 구멍(56)을 한정하며, 상기 실린더형 부분(60)이 상기 개방 단부(62)로부터 상기 플랜지(58)를 향하여 확장하는 다수의 축방향 슬롯(64)으로 이루어지며 상기 플랜지(58) 및 상기 단부 플러그(80)가 상기 몸체(52)로 유체를 유입시키기 위하여 한정된 통로(106)를 가지며, 상기 유체가 상기 통로(106)를 통해 유입될 때 맨드렐(54)이 상기 몸체(52) 상기 개방 단부(62)를 향하여 이동될 수 있도록 상기 몸체(52)에 활강 가능하게 배치되어서 상기 실린더형 부분(60)이 상기 주입구(42) 내면과의 접촉부로 확장되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더형 부분(60)이 상기 몸체(52)내에 상기 맨드렐(54)을 보지하기 위하여 상기 개방 단부(62)근처에 립(66)을 갖은 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더형 부분이 확장될 때 상기 주입구 내면과 상기 실린더형 부분 사이에 봉인을 하기 위하여 주위에 다수의 홈(68,70)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1홈(68)이 내부에 상기 슬롯(64)을 갖는 상기 실린더형 부분(60)에 인접하여 상기 실린더형 부분의 최선 단부 근처에 위치하며 다수의 제2홈(70)이 내부에 상기 슬롯(64)을 갖는 상기 실린더형 부분(60)에 배치되며, 상기 제2홈이 내부에 배치된 금속링(72)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맨드렐(54)이 대략 그 중심에 배치되며, 상기 단부 플러그(80)까지 확장하는 제1핀(74)으로 이루어지며 상기 단부플러그(80)가 상기 맨드렐의 배열을 유지하기 위하여 확장하는 상기 제1핀(74)내에 채널(82)을 가지며 쇄정 장치(86)가 상기 맨드렐(54)의 부주의에 의한 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 상기 단부플러그(80)의 상기 채널(82)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 쇄정장치(86)가 상기 단부플러그(80)내에 배치된 부싱, 상기 부싱(90)에 활강 가능하게 배치된 봉(88), 상기 제1핀(74)을 결합하기 위하여 상기 봉(88)의 일단부에 접속된 접촉부재(92), 상기 제1핀(74)을 향하여 상기 접촉부재(92)를 전진시키기 위한 상기 부싱(90)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단부플러그(80)가 상기 맨드렐(54)의 회전을 방지하기 위하여 상기 제1핀(74)내의 노치에 부분적으로 배치된 제2핀(84)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 노심통 플러그.
