Claims (3)
- 한단에 플랜지를 구비한 하우징과 이 하우징에 압입된 베어링부시를 포함하는 베어링장치의 제조방법에 있어서, 경사진 내부베어링구멍을 갖는 베어링부시를 형성하는 단계와, 한단에 플랜지를 구비하고 일정한 내경의 구멍을 갖는 하우징을 제공하는 단계오, 하우징의 비플랜지부의 측면으로부터 하우징의 플랜지의 측면을 향하여 상기 하우징의 구멍으로 베어링부시를 압입하는 단계로 이루어지고, 여기서 경사진 베어링구멍의 경사는 상기 압입단계후 상기 경사진 베어링구멍이 사실상 일정한 직경을 갖도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압입단계 이전에 원통형의 베어링부시 블랭크로부터 경사진 베어링구멍을 갖는 베어링부시를 형성하는 단계를 부가 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 베어링부시가 상기 압입단계중에 압입되어 지나는 단부로부터 대향하는 단부의 플랜지를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치의 제조방법.
