Claims (18)

  1. 방출표면(11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81, 91, 101, 111, 121)에 평행하고, 그보다 작은 횡단면 표면을 저장소의 한점(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)이상의 곳에 설치함을 특징으로 하는, 경시감량의 유효성분을 고체, 액체 또는 기체 수용체에 조절 방출하는 방출표면이 설치된 저장소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 횡단면의 감소가 연속 또는 불연속이고, 선형 또는 비선형으로 이루어지는 저장소.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 원추형 또는 정부절단원추형, 피라미드형 또는 정부 절단 피라미드형, 4면체 또는 정부 절단 사면체, 반구체, 구체단면(球體端) 또는 구체층의 형상을 보유한 저장소.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 횡단면 감소가 저장소의 일부에서만 이루어지는 저장소.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대칭 요소가 없는 저장소.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 우측 각 방향으로 최대길이 100X를 보유한 방출표면으로 구성된 저장소.
  7. 제1항의 저장소(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)를 보유함을 특징으로 하는, 경시감량의 유효성분을 조절 방출하는 장치.
  8. 기하학적 배열이 다른 저장소(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)를 보유함을 특징으로 하는, 경시감량의 유효성분을 조절 방출하는 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 방출표면(11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81, 91, 101, 111, 121)이외의 저장소의 모든 표면은 저장소 함유물질을 침투시키지 않는 하나이상의 층으로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 하나이상의 방출표면(11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81, 91 ,101 ,111 ,121)저장소의 모든 표면은 저장소 함유물질을 침투시키지 않는 하나 이상의 층으로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용전 저장소(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)의 방출표면(11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81, 91, 101, 111, 121)을 저장소(10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)의 함유성분 불침투성, 재분리 가능한 표면 구조물(104, 114, 111, 121)한층 이상으로 보호시킬수 있는 장치
  12. 제7항 내지 제10항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용장소에 고착시킬수 있는 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 접촉성 접착면(125)에 의하여 고착시킬수 있는 장치.
  14. 제10항 내지 제16항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 의약품, 수의 약품, 화장품, 및 해충구제제의 유효성분 하나 이상을 함유하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 피부투과성 치료제제인 장치
  16. 저장소 원료물질의 용융물을 냉각시키고, 용매 또는 분산제를 증발시키고, 저장소 원료물질을 열간 또는 냉간 압착하고, 종단면 압출(profil extrusion)시키거나, 방사선 또는 열처리로 중합체 성분을 가교 결합시킨 수 라미네이트(laminate) 처리하고, 방출표면 이외의 모든 면을 비침투성 피복물로 덮거나, 바라는 저장소 형상에 따라 담체 물질 중에 침하시켜 저장소를 형성 시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제7항 내지 제15항의 장치를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 심부 인출(deep-drawing)또는 스탬핑(stamping)처리하거나, 활성 담체물질을 형성시켜, 저장소의 일부 적합한 담체 물질의 침하(depression)를 이루게 함을 특징으로 하는 제7항 내지 제15항의 장치를 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제78항 내지 제15항의 장치를 의약품, 수의 약품 화장품, 해충구제제 그밖의 기술상 유효성분 하나 이상을 방출하는데 활용하는 용도.
