Claims (7)
- 이작용성 트리아진성 유도체를 2당량의 디아민 적어도 하나와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 트리아진성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리아진성 유도체가 일반식(Ⅰ)의 트리아진 또는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디-S-트리아진 으로부터 선택되는 방법.상기식에서, X는 염소 또는 브롬과 같은 할로겐이고, A는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼 또는 -OR3(여기에서 R3는 하기 정의한 바와 같다). -NR4R5그룹(여기에서 R4및 R5는 하기 정의한 바와 같다)중에서 선택되며,R1,R2,R3,R4, 및 R5는 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 30의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 도는 아릴알킬라디칼이고, Y는 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬렌, 사이클로알킬렌, 아릴렌, 알킬렌아릴 또는 아릴렌아킬그룹이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 트리아진이 2,4-디클로로-6-메틸-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-에틸-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-페닐-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-페닐에틸-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-메톡시-1,3,5트리아진, 2,4-디클로로-6-에톡시-1,3,5트리아진, 2,4-디클로로-6-페녹시-1,3,5트리아진, 2,4-디클로로-6-디메틸 아미노-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-디에틸아미노-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-메틸에틸아미노-1,3,5트리아진,2,4-디클로로-6-페닐아미노-1,3,5-트리아진.및 2,4-디브로모-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진, 및 2,4-디브로모-6-에틸-1,3,5-트리아진으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디-S-트리아진이 N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-메톡시-1,3,5-트리아지닐)헥사메틸렌디아민, N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-메톡시,1,3,5-트리아지닐)-1,12-디아미노 도데칸, N,N'-비스-(2-클로로-4-메톡시-1,3,5-트리아지닐)-1,10 디아미노 도데칸, N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-에톡시-1,3,5-트리아지닐)-1,12디아미노 도데칸, N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-에톡시-1,3,5,트리아지닐)헥사메틸렌디아민, N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-메틸-1,3,5-트리아지닐)헥사메틸렌디아민, N,N'-비스(2-클로로-4-에틸-1,3,5-트리아지닐)-1.12-디아미노 도데칸, N,N' -비스(2-브로모-4-메톡시-1,3,5-트리아지닐)헵사메틸렌디아민, 및 N,N'-비스(2-브로모-4-에톡시-1,3,5-트리아지닐)-1,12-디아미노 도데칸으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디아민이 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물중에서 선택되는 방법.상기식에서, Y, R1, 및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디아민이 1,6-디아미노 헥산, 1,8-디아미노 옥탄 1,10-디아미노 데칸, N,N'-디메틸-1,12-디아미노 도데칸 1,12-디아미노 도데칸, 사이클로 헥실렌 디아민, 페닐렌 디아민 및 N,N'-디메틸페닐렌 디아민중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 재지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다중축합 반응을 40 내지 200℃의 온도에서 60분 이하의 반응시간동안 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
