Claims (14)
- 자동차에 재치시키기 위한 고정식지지대, 상기 고정지지대상에 활주가능하게(Slidably)설치된 캘리퍼(12), 상기 고정지지대 혹은 캘리퍼를 어느 하나에 고정되고 또한 상기 캘리퍼를 활주가능하게 설치하기 위해 통과하여 다른 것내에서 축상보어(16)내에 활주가능하게 위한 최소 하나의 핀(14) 및 상기 축상보어와 말폐 맞물리도록 축보어내에 위치한 제1끝단(38) 및 상기 축상보어외측에서 핀과 활주가능하게 맞물리는 타단(40)을 갖고 그 양단사이에 탄성 벨로우부위(42)가 신장하는 밀폐부트(sealing boot)(36)을 포함하는 자동차용 디스크브레이크(10)에 있어서, 상기 제1끝단(38)이 핀(14)와 활주 맞물리는 본질적으로 원통형인 부위(46) 및 축보어(16)과의 밀폐 맞물림을 제공하기 위하여 상기 원통형부위로 부터 먼 방향으로 향한 자유단(52)를 갖는 탄성립(lip)(48)을 갖는 플라스틱삽입물(44)를 포함함을 특징으로하는 자동차용 디스크브레이크.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 벨로우부위(42)의 탄성물질이 상기 플라스틱 삽입물(44)가 벨로우부위에 고정(key)되고 상기 축보어와의 밀폐맞물림을 제공할 수 있도록 상기 탄성립(48)주위에 신장함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성립(48)은 원통형부위(46)의 외주연표면(50)둘레에 간격을 두고 떨어져있는 다수의 탄성핑거(resilient finger)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 3항에 있어서, 탄성물질이 상기 탄성핑거 주위에 신장되고 상기 탄성핑거간의 간격을 또한 채움을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 축상보어(16)은 밀폐부트(36)이 위치한 개구단(28)에 그표면에 제1요홈(26)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성립(48)은 제1요홈(26)내지 지지요흠(27)에 스냅끼워맞춤(snap fit)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 1항 내지 6항중 어느 항에 있어서, 밀폐부트(36)의 타단(40)은 핀(14)내의 요홈(32)에서 밀폐맞물림을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 1항 내지 7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 삽입물(44)의원통형 부위(46)은 핀(14)와 활주 맞물리는 후면으로 향한(rearwardly direcdted)탄성부(54)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 8항에 있어서, 상기 후면으로 향한 탄성부(54)는 다수의 원주방향으로 신장하는 간극(56)에 의해 원통형 부위(46)의 나머지 부분과 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제8항 또는 9항중에 있어서, 축보어(16)이 제1요홈(26)을 갖고, 상기 후면으로 향한 탄성부위(54)는 제1요홈 가까이 있는 축보어내의 제2요홈내에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 1항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 핀(14)는 볼트 및 클리퍼(12)혹은 고정지지대와의 나착 맞물림을위해 볼트가 통과하여 신장하는 중공슬리이브(18)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 11항의 디스크브레이크에 사용하기 위한 밀폐부트.
- 제1도 및 2도 혹은 3도 및 4도에 도시된 바와 같은 디스크브레이크.
- 제1도 및 2도 혹은 3도 및 4도에 도시된 바와 같은 밀폐부트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
