Claims (17)
- (a) 습기있는 공급 공기에 존재하는 물을 선택적으로 투과할 수 있는 건조용 막 시스템: (b) 건조용 막 시스템트로 부터 비투과 가스로서 회수된 건조 공급 공기로 부터 이산화 탄소, 잔류 물, 및 다른 오염물을 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있는 예비정제 흡착시스템: (c)공기의 저온 정류 및 건조폐가스와 더불어 고순도 질소 및/또는 산소 생성가스를 생성하기위한 저온공기분리 시스템: 및 (d) 막표면으로부터 떨어져서 수증기의 운반이 촉진되도록 그리고 향상된 수분 분리를 위해 공급공기류로 부터 막을 통해 수증기를 제거하기위한 구동력이 유지되도록, 비교적 건조한 퍼어즈 가스(이는 상기 저온공기분리 시스템 및/또는 예비정제 시스템 또는 주변 공기로 부터의 폐가스 또는 생성 가스로 이루어짐)를 건조용 막 시스템의 저압 투과 측부에 공급하기 위한 도관 장치를 포함하여, 건조용 막시스템의 투과 측부상에 퍼어즈 가스를 제공하면 원하는 습기 제거가 공급 공기의 최소 손실을 가지고서 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공기로 부터 건조한 고순도 질소 및/또는 산소 생성 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조용 막 시스템이 습기있는 공급 공기의 흐름과 통상적으로 평행한 투과 가스의 흐름을 가지고서 역류 흐름 패턴으로 이용되는 막 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조용 막 시스템을 위한 건조한 퍼어즈 가스가 저온 공기분리 시스템으로 부터의 폐가스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 저온 공기분리 시스템으로 부터 페가스중 일부분을 예비정제 흡착시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급하기 위한 도관 장치를 더욱더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저온 공기분리 시스템으로 부터 페가스를 예비정제 시스템에 폐가스로서 공급하기 위한 도관 장치를 더욱더 포함하며, 예비 정제 시스템으로 부터 폐가스는 건조용 막 시스템을 위한 퍼어즈 가스로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조용막 시스템은 두단계 막 시스템으로 이루어져 있으며, 예비정제 흡착시스템으로 부터 페가스는 제1단계 건조용막 시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 저온 공기 분리 시스템 또는 팽창 공기로부터 폐가스 또는 생성가스를 제2단계 건조용막시스템에 퍼어즈 가스로서 공급하기 위한 추가의 도관 장치를 더욱더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조용 막 시스템이 습기있는 공급 공기의 흐름과 통상적으로 평행한 투과 가스의 흐름을 가지고서 역류 흐름 패턴으로 이용되는 막 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- (a) 습기있는 공급 공기를 물을 선택적으로 투과할 수 있는 건조용 막 시스템에 공급하고, (b) 건조한 공급공기를 건조용막 시스템으로부터 비투과 가스로서 회수된 건조 공급 공기로 부터 이산화 탄소, 잔류 물 및 다른오염물을 선택적으로 제거할 수 있는 예비정제 흡착시스템에 공급하고, (c) 예비정제 흡착 시스템으로 부터 건조하고 예비정제한 공급공기를 공기의 저온정류 및 건조한 산소함유 폐가스와 더불어 건조한 고순도 질소 생성가스를 생성하기위한 저온 공기부리 시스템에 공급하고, (d) 막표면으로 부터 떨어져서 수증기의 운반이 촉진되도록 그리고 향상된 수분 분리를 위해 공급공기류로 부터 막을 통해 수증기를 제거하기위한 구동력이 유지되도록, 비교적 건조한 퍼어즈 가스(이는 상기 저온공기분리 시스템 및/또는 예비정제 시스템 또는 주변 공기로 부터의 폐가스 또는 생성 가스로 이루어짐)를 건조용 막 시스템의 저압투과 측부에 공급하여, 건조용 막 시스템의 투과 측부상에 퍼어즈가스를 제공하면 원하는 습기 제거가 공급 공기의 최소 손실을 가기고서 달성되는 것을 특징으로하는, 공기로부터 건조한 고순도 질소 및/또는 산소 생성 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 건조용막 시스템이 습기있는 공급 공기의 흐름과 평행한 투과가스의 흐름을 가지고서 역류흐름 패턴으로 이용되는 막 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 건조용 막 시스템을 위한 건조한 퍼어즈 가스가 저온 공기분리 시스템으로 부터의 폐가스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, 저온 공기 분리 시스템으로 부터 페가스중 일부분을 예비정제 흡착 시스템에 퍼어즈 가스로서 공급함을 더욱더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 저온 공기 분리 시스템으로 부터 폐가스를 예비정제 흡착 시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급하는 것을 더욱더 포함하며, 예비정제 흡착 시스템으로부터 폐가스는 건조용 막 시스템을 위한 퍼어즈 가스로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서, 건조용 막 시스템이 두단계 막시스템으로 이루어지며, 예비정제 흡착시스템으로 부터 폐가스는 제1단계 건조용막 시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급하는 것을 특징으로하는 공정.
- 제14항에 있어서, 저온 공기분리시스템 또는 팽창 공기로 부터 폐가스 또는 생성가스를 제2단계 건조용막시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급함을 더욱더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는공정
- 제15항에 있어서, 저온 공기분리 시스템으로부터 폐가스는 제2단계 건조용막 시스템에 퍼어즈가스로서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정
