제2(A)도는 본 발명에 관한 가변 저항기의 평면도. 제2(B)도는 제2(A)도에 있어서 화살표Ⅰ-Ⅰ선에 따른 단면도.
제2(C)도는 동상(同上)을 표면실장 타이프로한 경우의 수직 단면도.
제3도는 전사 시이트의 제조공정을 설명하기 위한 사시도.
제4도는 수지기판의 성형공정을 설명하기 위한 분해 사시도.
제5도는 수지기판의 성형후의 상태를 표시하는 사시도.
제6도는 수지기판에서 내열성 필름을 벗기는 공정을 설명하기 위한 사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 표면에 저항체(6)를 설치한 기판을 갖추고, 전기한 저항체 위를 접동자(25)가 접접 가능하도록 된 가변 저항기에 있어서, 저항체(6)가 카아본계 저항체이고, 소정의 형상으로 형성된 상기한 카아본계 저항체(6)가 수지기판(1)의 표면에 일체적으로 모울드 되어 있고, 전기한 카아본계 저항체(6)는 결합제 수지를 함유하고, 수지기판(1)은 디알릴프탈레이트계 수지로 이루어지고, 전기한 수지기판(1)에 모울드된 단자와 전기한 카아본계 저항체(6)가 도전성 페이스트(6a)를 사이에 두고 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 저항기.
