Claims (9)
- a) 공중합체에 약 20 내지 약 82중량%의 카르복시기를 함유시킬 수 있는 양의 카르복시 고분자 전해질 단량체, b) 아래 일반식(I)의 반응성 자체 교차결합 단량체 및 c) 공중합체에 5 내지 약 70중량% 함유시킬 수 있는 양의 아크릴 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬에스테르 소수성 단량체로 이루어지는 3단량체를 고루 혼합하여, (2) 공중합시키고, 이를 물에 분산시켜, (3) 분산액을 건조시켜, 교차결합 고분자 전해질 공중합체로 이루어진 흡수체 물질을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 H 또는 CH3이고, n은 0 또는 1 내지 5의 정수이고, X는 완전 자체 축합반응을 할수 있는 기이거나, 카르복시산과 축합반응 고리개환반응을 할 수 있는 것이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 반응성 자체 교차결합 단량체가 X가 글리시딜, N-메틸올 1개 내지 4개 탄소원자의 알킬기를 갖는 N-메틸올 알킬에테르, 블럭화 이소시아네이트, N-메틸올 우레탄 또는 아지리딘으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정된 단량체인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소수성 단량체의 알킬에스테르가 알킬기가 1개 내지 8개 탄소원자를 갖고 있는 아크릴 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정되는 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 알킬기가 4개 내지 4개 탄소원자를 갖는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합체내에 약 10 내지 약 35중량%의 소수성 단량체가 존재할 수 있도록 소수성 단량체를 충분히 첨가해주는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합체내에 약 35 내지 약 75중량%의 카르복시기를 함유할 수 있도록 고분자 전해질 단량체를 충분히 가해주는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합반응 촉매로 유리기 생성화합물을 사용하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합반응이 퍼술페이트, 비술페이트 및 제 1철이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정된 산화환원반응 개시제에 의해 시작되는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분산액이 pH 약 5 또는 그 이상으로 중화시킨 것인 제조방법.
