Claims (5)
- (a) 30-55 중량부의 벤조산의 (C5-C15)아민염, (b) 10-25 중량부의 요소, (c) 15-35 중량부의 아질산 나트륨, 및 (d) 3-8중량부의 탄산나트륨으로 구성된 아연도금강판용 기화성 방청제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벤조산의 (C5-C15)아민염이 벤조산 트리에탄올아민염, 벤조산시클로헥실에탄올 아민염 및 벤조산디에틸에탄올아민염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로하는 아연도금강판용 기화성 방청제.
- 40-70중량부의 상기 청구 범위 제 1 항에 기재된 방청제 및 30-60중량부의 물-메틸알코올(4 : 1- 3 : 2) 혼합용매로 구성된 아연도금 강판용 기화성 방청액.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 50중량부의 상기 방청제 및 50중량부의 물-메틸알코올(4 : 1) 혼합용매로 구성된 것임을 특징으로하는 아연도금강판용 기화성 방청액.
- 제 3 항에 기개된 방청액을 20-30g/㎡의 적용비로 크라프트지에 도포, 함침시키고, 60-90℃의 열풍으로 건조시켜 제조된 아연도금강판용 기화성 방청지.
