Claims (4)
- 반투명, 투명 또는 불투명한 단일의 고강도 유리 제품으로서 내부유리부분과 유리제품보다 더 낮은 열팽창 계수를 가진 β-석영 고용체의 미세결정을 함유하여 깊이가 0.001"∼0.02v'인 일체적인 표면압축층으로 구성되며, 상기 내부부분은 산화물의 몰 %로 표시하여 14∼24% R2O[R2O는 5%이하의 Li2O, 5%이하의 K2O, 나머지는 Na2O로 구성됨], 17∼20% Al2O3, 45∼60% SiO2, TiO2와 ZrO2로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 산화물 3∼6%, 그리고 2%이 하의 P2O5로 구성되며, R2O+Al2O3+SiO2+TiO2+ZrO2+P2O5의 합계 가 총조성의 85% 이상을 이루며, 상기 표면층은 상기 내부부분보다 더 큰 비율로 Li+이온을 함유하는 것과 동시에 여기에 상응하여 Na+이온과 K+이온이 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 유리 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Al2O3+P2O5: R2O의 몰비가 0.8∼1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명성을 보이는 고강도 유리 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 5% 이하의 ZnO, 10% 이하의 CaO, 10% 이하의 MgO, 2% 이하의 F, 2%이하의 B2O3로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 산화물의 총량을 15%이하로 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 유리 제품.
