Claims (9)

  1. 레버(2)인 2개의 동축 크라운(2)을 갖는 형태이며, 이것의 양단부는 실을 유지하는 유지 수단(3)을 가지며 실(4)을 이 유지 수단(3)으로 제공하는 제공 수단(5)으로 구비하며, 보강재가 단일 실로 형성되는 타이어용 보강재 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 제공 수단(5)은 적어도 2개의 안내 휠상에서 움직이도록 장착된 무단 가요성 줄로 운반된 제공 헤드(50)와 상기 줄의 평면에서 실(4)을 안내하는 오리피스(53)를 구비하며, 상기 안내 휠은 이것의 회전축이 크라운의 축에 수직하고 상기 유지 수단(3)의 근처에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 줄은 안내 휠 사이의 거리를 변화시킬 수 있는 인장 풀리상에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 줄은 노치가 형성된 벨트인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제공 헤드(50)는 상기 줄의 이동에 따라서 앞으로부터 뒤로, 포인트(501), 리턴 풀리(502), 상기 리턴 풀리(502)에서 멀어져 헤드(50)로부터 실(4)이 분리되는 단부(504)를 움직이게 하는 노즐(503)을 구비하여, 이에 따라 리턴 풀리(502)와 제공 헤드(50)를 떠나는 실(4)의 줄 사이의 리세스(505)를 형성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항, 2항 또는 4항 중의 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 실의 공급 오리피스(53)는 루프의 내부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 노치가 형성된 벨트(55)는 적어도 안내 풀리(51) 사이의 거리에 대응하는 길이를 통해 헤드(50) 전후에서 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 노치가 형성된 벨트(55)는 지그재그 형태로 겹쳐진 스트랩으로 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 타이어의 원통형 보강재 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 원통형 보강재는 코드 유지 수단의 2개의 환형 배열 사이에서 루프된 연속 실로부터 형성되며, 상기 2개의 환형 배열의 유지 수단 사이의 폐쇄된 통로에서 유동을 위해 안내되는 가요성 캐리어와, 원통형 보강재를 제조하기 위해 하나의 환형 배열의 유지 수단으로 실을 운반하고 그후 또다른 환형 배열의 대향 유지 수단으로 캐리어에 의해 운반된 제공 헤드와, 캐리어의 폐쇄된 통로내에서 실을 제공 헤드로 방출하기 위한 실 분배 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기장치는 캐리어를 위하여, 하나의 유지 수단과 작동적으로 관계하여 제공 헤드를 안내하기 위해 배치된 하나의 안내 수단과, 대향하는 유지 수단과 작동적으로 관계하여 제공 헤드를 안내하기 위해 배치된 다른 안내 수단등 한쌍의 안내 수단을 포함하며, 상기 한쌍의 안내 수단 사이의 거리는 이 거리를 변화시킬 수 있으면서 캐리어상에 인장을 유지할 수 있도록, 대향한 유지 수단과 캐리어용 조절가능한 안내 수단 사이의 거리를 변화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
