Claims (2)

  1. 가동축 거울면판과, 고정측 거울면판과, 내주연과 외주연을 갖는 도넛판형의 스탬퍼로해서 상기 양 거울면판의 어느 한쪽에 이면을 맞닿게해서 내주연부를 내부 스탬퍼 리테이너에 의해, 외주연부를 외부스탬퍼 리테이너에 의해서 고정된 스탬퍼를 가지며, 형체결을 하는 것에 의해, 상기 스탬퍼와 다른쪽의 거울면판과의 사이에 캐비티를 형성하도록한 광디스크 기판 성형용 금형에 있어서, 상기 외부스탬퍼 리테이너로부터 반경방향 내측에 위치함과 동시에, 상기 스탬퍼의 표면에 대향하는 선단면을 가지며, 또한 캐비티의 외주면을 확정하는 내주면을 가지고, 형의 개폐방향으로 이동가능하게 상기 다른쪽의 거울면판측에 지지된 외경링과, 상기 선단면이 상기 스탬퍼의 표면에 맞닿는 위치와, 상기 다른쪽의 거울면판의 거울면과 같은 면이든가, 또 캐비티로부터 끌려 들어간 위치와의 사이에 상기 외경링을 이동시키는 작동장치를 갖는 광디스크 기판 성형용 금형.
  2. 상기 한쪽의 거울면판은 가동축 거울면판이고, 상기 다른쪽의 거울면적은 고정측 거울면판인 특허청구의 범이 제1항 기재의 광디스크 기판 성형용 금형.
