Claims (7)
- 요리용 그릇을 설치하는 상단판(10), 상단판에 설치된 요리용 그릇을 유도 가열시키기 위한 유도가열코일(12), 코일에 고주파 전류를 공급하는 인버터(9)를 구비하고 있는 유도가열조리기에 있어서, 투자율 및 저항값 또는 투자율이나 저항값이 높은 물질로 만들어진 제 1 요리용 그릇과, 투자율 또는 저항값이 낮은 물질로 만들어진 제 2 요리용 그릇이 놓여지는 상단판, 제 1 직류전압(E1) 또는 제 2 직류전압(E2)을 공급하는 직류 전원장치, 상기 직류 전원장치로부터 공급된 제 1 또는 제 2 의 직류전압을 주파수(f1)의 제 1 고주파 전류 또는 주파수(f2)의 저주파 전류로 변환시키는 인버터, 자기 유도에 의해 제 1 요리용 그릇이 가열되도록 상기 상단판에 선택적으로 놓여 있는 제 1 요리용 그릇에다 고주파 자장을 적용시키기 위해 인버터로부터 공급된 제 1 고주파 전류로 공진하고 그리고 선정된 권수(N1)로 된 제 1 가열코일과 선정된 커패시턴스(C1)로 된 제 1 콘덴서를 포함하는 제 1 공진회로, 자기 유도에 의해 제 1 요리용 그릇이 가열되도록 상단판에 선택적으로 놓여 있는 제 2 요리용 그릇에다 고주파 자장을 가하기 위해 상기 인버터로부터 공급된 제 2 고주파 전류로 공진하고, 그리고 선정된 권수(N2)로 된 제 2 가열코일과 선정된 커패시턴스(C2)로 된 제 2 콘덴서를 포함하는 제 2 공진회로, 제 1 및 제 2 공진회로를 통해 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 전류검출회로, 그리고 전류검출장치에 결합되어 전류검출장치로부터 나오는 전류검출 결과를 받아들이고, 검출결과가 작은값일때 제 1 요리용 그릇이 상단판에 설치되어 있다고 판단하여 인버터에 제 1 고주파 전류를 발생시켜 제 1 공진회로를 공진모드로 설정하며, 검출결과가 큰값일때 제 2 요리용 그릇이 상단판에 설치되어 있다고 판단하여 인버터에 제 2 고주파 전류를 발생시켜 제 2 공진회로를 공진모드로 설정하는 부하 검출회로를 구비하여 권수의 비율(N2/N1)이 주파수의 비율(f2/f1)의 ()승의 값과 전압비율(E2/E1)을 곱한값의 4 내지 6배의 값의 범위로 되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도가열조리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 주파수(f1)는 20KHz이고, 주파수(f2)는 50KHz인 것을 특징을 하는 조리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전압비율(E2/E1)이 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 권수(N1)는 20이고 권수(N2)는 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 직류 전원장치가 사이리스터 그리고 그 사이리스터와 결합한 위상 제어회로를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직류 전원장치가 소정의 전압과 그것의 배의 전압을 발생시키기 위해 배전압 정류회로를 갖추고 이는 것을 특징으로하는 조리기
