Claims (9)
- 압축연료 가스와 연소공기가 공급되는 버너, 가열될 물이 유입되는 입구에서 가열된 물이 배출되는 출구까지 연장되는 수관으로 형성되는 열교환기 및 연소공기 유입부와 연소가스 안내부로 구성되어 상기 가스가 열을 빼앗겨 배출되기 전에 그 열이 수관에 전달되도록 그 가스를 수관에 안내하는 가스 회로로 이루어지는 온수 제조장치에 있어서, 수관이 수직축을 갖는 원통형 환상형태로 서로 간격을 두고 떨어져 위치하고 두개의 동축링(2, 3) 사이에서 각각 연장되는 환상으로 모여있는 동일병렬 직선관(1)으로 형성되며, 연소공기 유입부는 환상으로 모여있는 관들을 둘러싸는 환상 재킷(7)으로 구성되고, 연소가스 안내부는 관들이 관통하며 그 베이스가 상부에서 개방된 중앙배출연통(10, 11)의 베이스에 연결되는 중간환상 슬리브(9)로 구성되고, 버너(14)는 연통의 상부(11) 주변에 위치하여 환상 슬리브의 상부입구에서 환상으로 연장되며 화염(15)을 하측으로 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열교환기가 위생수 및 온수에 각각 할당되는 두개의 독립적인 수관으로 구성되고 각 수관은 각각의 직선관 부분(s, c) 및 각각의 링부분(2s, 3s, 2c, 3c)으로 구성되며 상기 수관의 각각의 링부분이 이 수관에 대응하는 관 부분에 밀폐상태로 배타적으로 연결되고 각 수관의 n개의 관부분 집합체를 해체하여 n/p개의 관부분으로 이루어지는 p개의 인접뱅크로 나누기 위해 링이 내부(31s, 31c, 32s, 32c)에서 분활되며, 인접한 뱅크를 통과하는 물이 번갈아 상방향 및 하방향으로 흐르도록 p가 짝수인 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 직선관(1)이 장치의 축(x)에 대해 방사상으로 연장되는 큰축을 갖는 타원형 단면을 구비하는 제 1관(11) 및 제 1관의 중앙지역내에 연결 설치되는 원형단면을 구비하는 제 2관(12)으로 구성되는 이중관이고, 위생수에 할당되는 각각의 이중관 부분은 내측관 내부의 체적(s)이며 제 1관의 재부체적의 나머지 부분(c)은 온수에 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 장치가 관의 하강면 즉, 고온가스 출구측에 위치하는 관의 면 부근에서 이들 가스와 하강면 간의 열 교환을 증대시키기 위한 형상을 갖는 편향기(37)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고온가스와 관 간의 열 교환을 높이기 위해 장치가 중간 슬리브(9)를 가로질러 배치되는 배플(35, 36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중간 환상 슬리브(9)가 환상연소실(20)을 형성하는 상부 확장부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 환상재킷(7)을 통해 유입되는 연소공기 전체가 버너의 구멍(18)을 통해 중간 환상슬리브 내로 이송되는 상기 구멍의 중앙으로 연료가스가 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 환상버너(14)의 구멍(18)이 형성되는 격자(19)가 수관부분을 형성하는 상부링(3)의 상단에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중간 환상슬리브(9)의 베이스와 연통(10)의 베이스 간의 연결지역이 응축액을 수거하고 하부 배출연결부(13, 30)에 연결되는 경사벽(12, 29)에 의해, 하부에서 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
