Description
Claims (2)
- 증발기로 부터 압축기로 공급된 기체 냉매를 압축하기 위한 압축기를 구비하는 냉동시스템 작동방법에 있어서, 증발기로부터 압축기로 공급되는 기체 냉매의 온도를 감지하는 단계와, 증발기내 냉매의 포화온도를 감지하는 단계와, 증발기로 부터 압축기로 유동되는 기체 냉매의 과열을 결정하기 위하여 감지된 온도를 비교하는 단계와, 과열이 제1소정 시간 동안 소정의 상한치 보다 계속 큰 경우에 냉동 시스템의 작동을 정지시키는 단계와, 과열이 제2소정시간동안 소정의 하한치보다 계속 작은 경우에 냉동시스템의 작동을 정지시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템 상하과열 방지방법.
- 증발기로 부터 압축기로 공급되는 기체 냉매를 압축하는 압축기를 구비하는 냉동시스템을 작동하기 위한 제어장치에 있어서, 압축기로 공급되는 기체 냉매의 온도를 감지함과 동시에 상기 감지된 온도를 지시하는 제1신호를 발생하기 위한 제1감지기구와, 증발기내 냉매의 포화온도를 감지함과 동시에 상기 감지된 온도를 지시하는 제2신호를 발생하기 위한 제2감지기구와, 증발기로 부터 압축기로 유동되는 기체 냉매의 과열을 결정하기 위하여 프로그램된 공정에 따라서 수신된 신호를 처리하고, 과열이 제1소정시간동안 소정상한치보다 계속 클 경우 혹은 제2소정시간동안 소정하한치보다 계속 작을 경우에 경보신호를 발생하기 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2감지기구에 의하여 공급된 제1 및 제2신호를 수신하기 위한 처리수단과, 상기 처리수단에 의한 경보신호에 응답 상기 처리수단에 의한 경보신호에 응답하여 냉동시스템 작동을 정지시키기 위한 절환기구로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동시스템 제어장치.
