Claims (17)
- 내부조인트 부재, 원통형 밀봉면을 가지는 외부조인트 부재 및 상기 조인트부재들중 하나에서 상기 조인트부재의 다른것까지 동력을 전달하는 수단을 구비하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트를 밀봉하는 부우트에 있어서, 상기 원통형 밀봉면을 둘러싸는 원통형단부를 가지며 비가요성 재료로 형성된 부우트편 ; 상기 기계조인트의 시일을 완성하기 위해서 상기 내부조인트 부재와 밀봉되게 접속하며 상기 부우트편의 다른 단부로부터 연장하여 설치한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부조인트 부재를 밀봉되게 둘러싸는 상기 외부조인트 부재의 상기 원통형 밀봉면을 제한하는 원통형홈을 홈진부우트편 안에 구비하고 있으면서 상기 외부조인트 부재를 밀봉되게 둘러싸는 홈진부우트편을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원통형면의 횡단면이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부우트편으로부터 연장하여 설치한 상기 수단이 다른 부우트편을 구비하고, 상기 부우트편이 그 사이의 시일을 파괴하지 않으면서 상기 부우트편에 대하여 각 접합을 할 수 있으며 상기 부우트편과 밀봉접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부우트편이 그 안에 비원통형홈을 가지며, 상기 다른 부우트편이 상기 비원통형홈에 대하여 보족적으로 형성되어 상기 비원통형홈에 미끄러져 활주해 밀봉되게 수용되는 단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비원통형홈이 약간의 구형의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 보우트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비원통형홈이 상기 제2부우트편에서 방사적으로 안쪽으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달기계조인트 밀봉용 부우트.
- 동력전달기계조인트에 있어서, 원통형 밀봉면을 가지는 외부조인트 부재, 상기 외부조인트 부재에 대해 간격진 내부조인트 부재 및 동력전달기계조인트를 밀봉하는 부우트를 구비하며, 상기 조인트부재중 하나가 전원으로부터 토오크를 수용해 상기 조인트부재중 다른 것을 통해서 피동부재에 동력을 전달하며, 상기 내부조인트 부재와 상기 외부조인트 부재가 상기 동력전달기계조인트의 작동중에 서로에 대하여 축운동 및 접합하기 쉬우며, 상기 부우트가 비가요성 재료로 형성되고 상기 원통형 밀봉면을 미끄러져 활주해 밀봉되게 둘러싸는 원통부를 가지는 부우트편과 상기 기계조인트의 시일을 완성하기 위해서 상기 내부조인트 부재를 밀봉되게 접속하고 상기 부우트편의 다른 단부로부터 연장한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 외부조인트 부재를 밀봉되게 둘러싸는 홈진 부우트편을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 홈진부우트편이 그 안에 원통형홈을 구비하며, 상기 원통형홈이 상기 외부조인트 부재의 상기 원통형 밀봉면을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 원통형면의 횡단면이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기계조인트가 등속구동조인트인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 등속구동조인트가 전륜구동차용 전륜구동조인트인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전륜구동조인트의 상기 입력축 및 출력축이 정상작동중에 서로에 대하여 각각의 방향으로 최소한 약 20°접합을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부우트편이 상기 다른 단부안에 비원통형 홈을 가지며, 상기 부우트편의 상기 다른 단부로부터 연장한 상기 수단이 다른 부우트편이며, 상기 다른 부우트편이 상기 비원통형홈에 대하여 보족으로 형성되고 상기 비원통형홈에 미끄러져 활주해서 밀봉되게 수용된 한 단부를 가지므로써 상기 다른 부우트편이 그 사이의 시일을 손상시키지 않으면서 상기 부우트편에 대하여 모나게 접합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 비원통형홈이 일부 구형의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 비원통형홈이 상기 제2부우트편으로 부터 방사적으로 안쪽으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달기계조인트가 그 안에 포함된 윤활유를 추가로 구비하고, 상기 윤활유가 상기 부우트편과 상기 홈진 부우트편과 상기 다른 부우트편의 각각의 내면의 일부와 접촉하고 있으며 상기 부우트편에 대하여 상기 부우트편의 윤활된 축운동 및 상기 부우트편과 상기 부우트편사이의 윤활된 각 접속을 위해서 상기 부우트편들을 윤활시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복식 동력전달구동조인트.
