Claims (7)
- 한 부재의 선운동을 다른 부재의 회전운동으로 변환하거나 그 역으로 변환하는 작동장치에 있어서, 커플링부재(28)가 상기한부재에 연결되고, 커플링부재(28)가 고정가이드(20)에 맞물려 커플링부재(28)의 회전운동을 차단하고 단지 선운동만을 안내하는 통합 안내 및 비회전부(combined guied and anti-rotation portion)(32)와 상기 다른부재(26)내의 슬롯(34)내에 활주가능하게 맞물려 커플링부재(28)가 비회전선운동을 함에 따라 상기 다른부재(26)의 회전운동을 야기시키는 나사(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한부재의 선운동을 다른 부재의 회전운동으로 변환하거나 그 역으로 변환하는 작동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른부재(26)가 기어인것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한부재(14)를 구성하는 유압작동다이아프램의 선운동을 헬리컬 커플링에 의해서 상기 다른 부재(26)를 구성하는 출력부재의 회전운동으로 변환하기 위하여, 커플링부재(28)가 다이아프램(14)에 결착되어 그것을 통해 확장하고, 나사(33)가 커플링부재(28)의 일부분을 형성하고, 다이아프램(14)의 한쪽 측부로부터 확장하여 출력부재(26)내의 슬롯(34)에 활주가능하게 맞물려 커플링부재(28)의 비회전선운동에 대해 출력부재(26)의 회전운동을 발생시키고, 그리고 커플링부재(28)의 통합안내 및 비회전부(32)가 다이아프램(14)의 다른측부로부터 확장하여 고정가이드(20)와 활주가능하게 맞물려 커플링부재(28)의 회전운동을 차단하고 단지 선운동만을 안내하므로, 다이아프램(14)의 선운동이 커플링부재(28)의 비회전선운동을 야기시켜 그 선운동에 의해서 슬롯(34)내의 나사(33)가 작동되어 출력부재(26)의 회전운동이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 커플링부재(28)가 다이아프램(14)내에 삽입되도록 주조되어 그것을 통해 확장하여 그것과 상호 맞물리고 유체가 다이아프램(14)의 한쪽측부로부터 다른 측부로 흐르는 것을 차단하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 부재를 구성하는 유압작동다이아프램(114)의 선운동을 헬리컬 커플링에 의해서 출력부재(126)의 회전운동으로 변환하기 위하여 커플링부재(128)가 다이아프램(114)에 접합되어 그것을 통해 확장하고, 나사(133)가 커플링부재(128)의 일부분을 형성하고 다이아프램(114)의 한쪽 측부로부터 확장하여 제1기어(142)내의 슬롯(134)과 활주가능하게 맞물려 커플링부재(128)의 비회전선운동에 대해 제1기어(142)의 회전운동을 발생시키고, 제2기어(152)가 제1기어(142)와 맞물려 출력부재(126)에 연결되고, 그리고 커플링부재(128)의 통합안내 및 비회전부(132)가 다이아프램(114)의 다른 측부로부터 확장하여 고정가이드(129)에 회전가능하게 맞물려 커플링부재(128)의 회전운동을 차단하고 선운동만을 안내하므로, 다이아프램(114)의 선운동이 커플링부재(128)의 비회전선운동을 발생시켜 이 선운동에 의해 슬롯(134)내의 나사(133)가 작동되고 이 작동에 의해 제1기어(142)가 회전됨에 따라 제2기어(152)가 회전하여 결과적으로 출력부재(126)의 회전운동을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1기어(142)가 섹터기어이고 제2기어(152)가 작은 직경피치피니온기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 커플링부재(128)가 다이아프램(114)내에 끼워지도록 주조되어 그것을 통해 확장하여 그것과 상호접속되고 유체가 다이아프램의 한쪽측부로부터 다른 측부로 흐르는 것을 차단하도록 된것을 특징으로하는 작동장치.
