Claims (4)
- 안료가 표면상에 이온성기를 갖는 가교결합된 수지 입자들과 함께 사전에 분쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 안료 및 수분 산성 또는 수용성 수지 함유 수용성(water-borne)도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 가교결합된 수지 입자들이 수성 매질중에서, (A) 수지 조성물의 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 100중량부의 양이온성 또는 음이온성 필름-형성 수성 수지 및 (B) 수지 조성물의 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여 10∼250중량부의 자가 가교결합하거나 상기 수성 수지 (A)와 축합 또는 부가반응에 의해 가교결합하는 열경화성 가교 결합제를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 유화시키고, 생성 유액을 상기 가교 결합체의 가교결합 가능온도 이상으로 가열함으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수용성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 언급된 가교결합된 수지 입자들이 수성 매질중에서, (C)이온성 수성 수지 및 (D) 한분자내에 적어도 2개의 중합 가능한 비닐기를 갖는 수지를 분산시키거나 유화시킨 후, 라디칼 중합시킴으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수용성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 언급된 가교결합된 수지 입자들이 수성매질 중에서, (E) 한 분자내에 이온성기와 적어도 2개의 중합 가능한 비닐기를 갖는 수지를 분산시키거나 유화시킨 후, 라디칼 중합시킴으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수용성 도료 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
